"The apartment is small, but well equipped and located close to USC and restaurants and grocery. Pictures are accurate of furnishings and appliances. Host was helpful and prompt upon inquiry. "

"Our stay in Paradise was exceptional, thanks to the incredibly welcoming and caring hosts Debra and Dennis. The property was pristine, beautiful, and comfortable both inside and out. "What a cute little place. Exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, I had a last-minute trip to the area during the masters. Everything was either booked solid or completely overpriced, compared to its normal seasonal price. I appreciate this Owner being true to their pricing structure and not price gouging people during an event that I had no desire or need to attend. I love the surrounding area and the community it was. "
