"The smell didnt help"

"The rug was very dirty, the bathroom tube damaged and did not look clean. The bed sheets look stained, and the beds unproperly made, like made by a child, not a professional hotel cleaner. We found dog kibble on the rug and human nails. They did not change the beds during the 3 days we stayed there. They were not apologetic for the situation when we complained, with due respect, Lady in charge assured that she was there while rug was being vacuumed, but the same kibbles and nails where there....

"Personal muy amable y muy tranquilo el lugar "
