"Terrible system. I called the day before to let the reception know that I would be doing a late check in and instead of adding the note the CANCELLED my whole reservation. I had two rooms booked and because of their bad management I had to find a room at 11.30 pm and cramp into 1 room instead of the 2 I had originally booked "

"Lo lejos de la ciudad y la limpieza en las habitaciones"

"We had team work to do at Syracuse U, and not only was this location convenient, it had all the amenities, was super clean, and the staff was on spot every day. If I had to ding anything it would be the size and layout of the gym, but they had all I needed and it was empty when I went, so it worked."
