"Great location near Harbor Town, beautiful views of the water, nicely decorated, and a generous supply of starter items and other provisions. We really enjoyed watching sunsets from the high top chairs on the deck. There was an issue with the close proximity neighbors crating a noise problem, but the property manager and security took care of it. Overall it was a nice place for our family to spend time together. "

"The house was very nice and location to the beach was fantastic. However, multiple appliances were broken and could not be fixed during our stay. It appeared that no one had checked the dishwasher for awhile because it was full of very swampy water that was foul. Asked for extra dish towels to hand wash dishes and never received them. The management would say they would be out and would take an extra day to have them come. Would have been a perfect stay otherwise."

"Loved this little cottage! Perfect getaway for our anniversary. Coziest beds, perfect location and literally a two minute walk to the quiet side of the beach! Will book again! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! "

"Property was even better than advertised with great amenities and was nicely updated. Balcony views are spectacular and properry is only steps from the ocean. Great location is near everything you wanna do on Tybee, but still in a quiet neighborhood. Host included lots of extras like board games, all kitchen gadgets and cookware, hair dryers, and towels and bedding were high end. They don't cut corners. Super satisfied with our stay!"

"What a beautiful property! We had 7 ladies 70 on our annual adventure. Couldn't have asked for more! The bedrooms were nicely appointed with bathroom and balcony! The living room and kitchen were spacious and were equipped with everything you could possibly need. The elevator was a real plus as some of us were physically challenged. The walk to the beach was easy and close. Several restaurants were close walking distance. All and all very enjoyable place to stay."

"The house was perfect for us. It was clean and updated and all on one floor. There was easy access to the beach and the drive to Savannah was not bad at all. We enjoyed Tybee Island and Savannah. "

"This was a cozy cottage to stay a long weekend in Tybee. It was a great location. It could have maybe used more cleaning (we have a 10 month old and he was covered in dirt and dust from crawling around the house). The bathroom looked updated and the beds were pretty cozy. We did a load of laundry before leaving so that was helpful. We couldn't figure out the old-fashioned lock at first! "

"Cute beachy vibe place, fabulous location, generally in good condition wirh a few minor issues. Would have liked a curtain on front door and a lock on back patio screen door. The front door was a bit loose and needed weather stripping and the living room air vent was hanging down a bit but were all fixed before we left. Other than that, sunrises or sunsets from the many beach access points beach are all just a few minutes walk from the front door. Definately recomend!"

"Very nice condo with easy entry instructions. Very bare bones as far as kitchen supplies. Only salt and pepper. Pool is about 3 blocks away. "

"This was my family’s second visit to Tybee Island and this property. We love this house! The beds are very comfortable, the open kitchen/living room is wonderful for the whole family being together, and the backyard space is lovely. It is very convenient walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We will return again!"
