"Lots of maintenance issues with this property. Many of the chairs are broken, the toilet seat in one bathroom was repaired at our request but the toilet in one of the upstairs bathrooms is not properly anchored. The heating units downstairs do not adequately heat the living spaces and the downstairs bath has no heat at all. The warmest we were able to get the rooms was 68 on a sunny day but was more commonly 63 at night or when cloudy. In addition to these issues, for an almost 2 week stay...

"Such a cozy little old house with so much character and decorated so cute! But most important- so clean! Although I did not use the kitchen for any cooking, it is equipped with all the essentials needed for any meals that you may want to prepare. The bathroom is a little on the small side but functional, the lighting is BRIGHT and PERFECT for makeup application! The bed is very comfy, too! This home IS located just a few short minutes from the beach- which is convenient for any beach...
