"Beautiful scenery, peaceful. Hosts are very responsive, they go above and beyond to make sure guests are happy. The fishing is fun, my dad caught a big catfish. This is our 3rd year here, already planning for a return trip next year. Home is clean and stocked with so many extras!"

"This property is AMAZING!!! We booked relatively last minute and stayed for 3 nights over Labor Day weekend '25 and couldn't have asked for more! Amber is an incredible host that was incredibly responsive and made sure that everything was perfect. The location is absolutely STUNNING with glorious views! We loved meeting new friends too!(A beautiful family of deer!) Everything is as listed and super nice as it's a brand new property! 10/10!!!"

"Great house for our large group to visit with our kids at OU! Close to the University with tons of privacy! Clean & updated with all the amenities and gathering space for a great weekend! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a great house in the Athens area!!"

"This tiny house was so cute! The location was perfect! It was less than 10 minutes from the area i was visiting! It had everything you could've needed there. It was very clean and everything looked brand new. Would Highly recommend! "

"What a beautiful and serene getaway! We truly enjoyed our stay. This guest house was very comfortable and the view from the large glass windows in the living room/kitchen space was gorgeous. We made good use of the luxurious hot tub in the evenings and experienced a really relaxing weekend. We liked the house so much that we hung out in it for most of our visit to the Athens area!"

We have been vacationing together for 18 years and have stayed in a real variety of places and houses. This house is older, but has had some nice updates to the inside spaces.
