I loved this ADU! Cute, cozy and great accents with unique antiques throughout the place. There were plenty of dishes and lots of outlets. I love the use of space in the great room, with most of the space dedicated to living/lounging/visiting. The neighborhood was also very quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Don't let the door close behind you if you're 1 minute past check out time. I was loading my truck and they deleted my code while my dog and other belongings were still inside. Took 20 minutes to get someone to unlock it again. No can opener or extra blankets or pillows. NOT my favorite place out of many vacation rentals.

The concept was great but the fish that was left in the sink from the previous renter made the place STINK!!! The keypad does not work at all so when it's raining you get soaked trying to get the door open. There was dirt, hair and dust everywhere, the plates had food and nastiness on them, the silverware was not clean, the coffe pot was absolutely disgusting and then there's the most uncomfortable bed that we've ever experienced. Motel 6 has better beds, and the last time I stayed at a Motel 6 was 10 plus years ago. The location was great, the concept was great but that's all that was great.

Great value for the location and size of studio. We were here for one night and slept comfortably. We were really disappointed that there wasn't any coffee for the coffee machine and that the dishes weren't microwaveable.

Other than the confusion when we first got there on which unit we were in, the place is adorable and very clean. I would recommend that the owners think about getting a new mattress. I will for sure be asking for this place again. The customer service was very nice and helpful.

Nice little place.

It was nice and clean, comfortable and accommodating. Parking is on street and neighbors are not happy when you park in front of their house, the spot in front of the rental was occupied by a car all week with out moving so it's essentially impossible not to park in front of a neighboring home. After the neighbor told me to move my car, I used the driveway, since there was no one I in the front house most of the week.

I thought the unit was very cute, a little small. It had everything I needed. The stairs were a problem for me and the bathroom was very small. All in all I enjoyed my stay.
