I had a wonderful stay at this very charming guest house in Redmond! It was warm and welcoming when I arrived. It felt like I was coming home to a relaxing spot after a long day at work. It was decorated very nicely, had a great little seating area and comfy couch to sit, relax and watch some tv. It had a full kitchen with all the amenities that you likely have available at home. The kitchen by itself allowed me to cook and save money for my work trip to remain within budget. I had a garage to park in to keep my vehicle safe. This was a concern because I was traveling alone to a new place. Finding safe parking became one less thing to worry about during this trip. This cute little cottage is in a very quiet neighborhood and accessed by a little used private road that hardly had any traffic. I felt very safe in the area and had no concerns about taking my usual evening walk around 9pm. It is close to locally owned clothing and flower shops, and not far from restaurants, coffee shops, larger stores and the airport. The inside of the apartment was warm and inviting. Everything was clean and organized when I arrived. I appreciated the video about opening the specialized lock that is used to access the apt. I don’t think I would have figured that one out on my own. :) Thank you for the great stay and for relieving any concerns or stress that I had about this trip. You made traveling to Redmond easy and I am very appreciative! I’ll definitely stay again!

Fantastic location & impeccable cleanliness

Great location. Airport is about 8 mins away & you can easily walk to town for coffee, lunch, & dinner. Bend is only about a 20 min drive. The unit is exactly as shown and very clean & quiet! I always try to leave a place better than I found it but this place was already perfect. The unit is definitely in need of a new mattress though & if you like hot showers, this is not the place. It's hot enough but I enjoy a really hot shower. My only actual hiccup was checking in & out. I asked for early check in & was only given 20 minute early access. I asked for late check out (2 hrs) and was told I would be charged. Not a big deal but I have never had that be an issue before.

Perfect (Again)!

Stayed here last year around this time as well. Everything was perfect both times. The garage is super handy, and for anyone wondering it is a 9’ high door (2’ higher than a standard garage door), so no problem fitting a lifted Jeep with a Thule box on top in there. Super quiet neighborhood. No issues whatsoever, house is super equipped. I always check this listing first for anything we have going in the Redmond area.

Fantastic stay

Everything is fresh, new and immaculate. Property management is very friendly checking to be sure you have everything you need. Quiet neighborhood just a few blocks to the main street so easy walking. Looking forward to staying again.

Nice cozy space

This is a nice apt above a 2 car garage. It is newer and the decor is very nicely done in an industrial farmhouse. Therebare a few stairs to climb but overall a nice stay. I will definetky stay again.

Perfect Little Cottage

This cottage was absolutely perfect for my short trip to Redmond. You enter the space through the garage, which you get to park in, and make your way up the full staircase right into the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with all the things you need for a great stay, including 1 coffee filter and starter coffee. I would bring your own coffee filters. The bed and pillows were soft and super comfy. I highly recommend this cottage for your stay in Redmond.

Sweet spot!

This adorable ADU is so clean and convenient. The location is perfect for us personally, so close to our family and all of the things you would want to do in the Redmond/ Bend area. It’s quiet and cozy, the bed is amazing too! It’s our go to!

10 Day Stay

We stayed 10 nights for a family wedding and reuniting with family in Redmond. The accommodations were excellent especially access to the garage. The living quarters were also excellent. Linens, kitchen supplies, cleanliness were all excellent and the attention to detail was very much appreciated. Thank you for such high standards.
