The house was fabulous, a beautiful location, comfortable beds and living spaces, and a spacious out door space. It was well equipped, but I suggest plastic drink ware for outside use. Also, I wasn’t sure if I shut off the hot tub properly, so maybe clearer instructions for the hot tub use. Thank you!

Absolutely Wonderful!Best VRBO we've ever been at, and we've gone the world over. Immaculately clean, great amenities and one of the quietest ever! Perfect sleeping. Our granddaughter cried when we told her we had to leave, she liked it so much! Also, we find many rentals put Goodwill level kitchenware in, assuming you won't notice. Not this place! Good quality and every kitchen item we needed. We can't wait to return next year!

This was our fourth trip to the Eagle Crest resort and Sun River area and we thoroughly enjoyed our time together. All the accommodations of the Bunk house and Eagle Crest amenities (pools, golf, bikes, parks, trails etc.) were just what we wanted and the Bunk house team were very responsive as needed.

Cozy & Everything We Needed

We had a great stay. Cozy home. Very clean. Chill patio area. 10 mins to Golf Course. We didn’t use Pool Amenities this time (due to smoke in air). Easy check-in and out. Check out procedures are easy too. Thank you!!!

Beautiful home with lots to do

So fun! Walking distance to the Rec center, game cubpoard, gas fireplaces, hot tub and amazing kids bedroom. We had a blast. Kitchen was well set up for cooking too.

Great house— under maintained

The house was beautiful inside and overall was a good space for our family. There were a few things that took away from our experience: 1. Missing pool passes: I messaged the company to let them know there were missing passes within about 10 minutes of arriving. They said they would work on it and get them to me as soon as possible. We were there for 4 nights and never received the missing passes. 2.Toilet paper ball with blood on it: On my window sill beside the primary bed was a ball of toilet paper with blood on it. When I let the company know, they offered to bring me more toilet paper, which has nothing to do with finding a bloody toilet paper ball. This definitely made the house feel less clean to us. 3.Smoke detectors- Smoke detector batteries were running low and when we contacted them they said they would let maintenance know. The detectors were hard wired in so we couldn’t unplug them/ remove batteries. They kept chirping and beeping so we called back in 20 minutes and they said they haven’t heard back from maintenance. We had to go buy batteries ourselves and replace them in the detectors without a ladder. 4.BBQ- The bbq had no propane at all in the 2 tanks and was very dirty. My husband had to go fill up the propane tanks and clean the bbq. 5.Hot tub- we were excited to use the hot tub but when we took the cover off the temperature was exactly 109 degrees, which is too hot to get into. All in all, the house is a nice house needing maintenance.

Great house!

We haven’t been to Eagle Crest for many years and loved this newer home in a really quiet area. This home is lovely, clean and well equipped. Best part was that it backs up to a small nature preserve so it was super quiet and we saw lots of animals. Check in and check out was the easiest process we’ve ever had!

Great location for family

A great place to stay for our family. Walking distance to the pool, nice hot tub and outdoor area. Bunks are definitely made for small children, top bunks are wobbly with older children on top. Kitchen was well appointed but would suggest adding some plastic cups and bowls for children to use. Thanks for a great stay!

Softball Weekend.

Properly is extremely nice. We have stayed in VRBO properties all over the world and this is one of the nicest we’ve had. Super quiet and peaceful neighborhood and the back area with fireplace was great. A definite must for next time.

Eagle Crest outskirts

The property was just as described, clean and comfortable. The area was beautiful and the community much larger than we thought. It’s about a 10 minute drive to get to anywhere and everywhere within Eagle Crest. We were in town for a wedding at River Run Lodge. There is lots to do here, endless amounts of hiking and many downtown restaurants with night life. We wish we had more time to spend here.

Hot tub not working

The house was great, but we were bummed about the hot tub not working. Response time was good, but wasn’t able to offer any sort of solution other than ‘accepting their apology’. The firepit was also out of propane so we had to hook up the bbq propane, which meant we couldn’t have a fire going at the same time of having a fire. The management company said they would bring another propane the next day, but that didn’t happen.

Great stay in Redmond

We had 4 adults, one teen, and 3 pre-teens in our group. The house fit us all perfectly. The kids loved the game table upstairs, the hot tub, and the fire table. As adults, we loved the proximity to the resort amenities, while having the entire house to strech out in. Over all a great stay.

Beautiful, comfortable home

This rental is a gem! One could not ask for a better appointed home. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance or tool one could want. Outside grill is high end a d easy to make a delicious meal. We enjoyed the hot tub, lush grass area behind the home. Home is laid out for quiet individual time and gathering time as well. Linens are high quality. Beds were all clean and comfortable. We didnt use the community pool but appreciate the option to do so. Thanks for hosting us!

This house was awesome! Great layout and size. The back patio is where we spent most of our time, it was wonderful! The house was decorated very cute and the best we’re comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall Stay

The property was very nice and had what you needed (maybe add a potato peeler). The sleeping arrangements were great for two families with kids. Parking is tight, mainly because we had two full-size trucks and picture of parking and garage was a bit misleading, we made it work. Suggest that you be sure to have the housecleaners look around the back and all sides of bed for "left behinds" when they clean so guests don't find surprises. Overall would absolutely stay here again! We have stayed many times at EC and since our last visit there have been some rule changes at the pool (NO food, drinks of any kind, etc.) that make it a bit inconvenient. We have also taken a small enclosed trailer for bikes in the past and no problems parking it at rec area parking, but now you have to get a permit and can only have the trailer 72 hours no exceptions, unfortunate changes that we experienced.

Gorgeous property and incredible host

Such a beautiful place to stay for a family vacation. The owner was so prompt with all my questions. The house itself is so cute and was so clean. The outdoor fire pit area was very welcoming and such a great asset. We definitely are coming back here next year for our family vacation
