  • WELCOME TO TIMBER & SPRINGS RETREAT, where adventure, relaxation, and unforgettable family memories come together in the heart of Central Oregon.

    Designed for families and groups of up to 12 guests, our lodge-inspired home blends warm timber finishes, natural stone, and inviting gathering spaces to create a comfortable place where everyone can slow down, reconnect, and enjoy time together.

    The highlight of the home is the private indoor heated pool, complete with a waterslide, making every season pool season. After a day of exploring, unwind in the hot tub, gather for a movie in the media room, or challenge family and friends on the front-yard putting green.

    The spacious open-concept kitchen is fully equipped for everything from holiday meals to weekend brunches, featuring multiple ovens, generous prep space, and seating for everyone to gather together. Outside, enjoy Central Oregon's beautiful weather with both a Traeger pellet grill and a gas BBQ, perfect for evening cookouts on the patio.

    When it's time to relax, every bedroom features its own Smart TV, while multiple living areas provide comfortable spaces for board games, reading, or simply enjoying each other's company. The theater room includes more than 500 DVDs, a theater-style popcorn machine, and cozy seating for the perfect family movie night.

The house was perfect! Location, property details and great communication with host! Only request would be more garbage bags, zip lock bags and laundry detergent. We ended up buying all of that! Better pots and pans would be helpful as well! Overall I would highly recommend and we would stay again!

Fantastic family vacation spot

My friends and family (party of 10) stayed for 10 days. The house/property had plenty of activities to keep everybody entertained. The house is conveniently located if you don’t mind a nice walk into downtown. We enjoyed our stay, and would love to visit again!

This location was amazing! We had a family of 8 with us, and there was something available for every age group. Rooms and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Many items were furnished for us so we didn't have to buy extra items that we couldn't bring back on the plane with us. It was an amazing place and we would recommend this place to others. Best stay!

We had the best time at this house. Between the pool, the games and the movie house there was endless fun! The house was clean, spacious, well stocked and property well maintained. Communication with the host was so great and they are doing a great job! We can’t wait to come back!

Fun House for Multiple Families

The pool was a hit and there was plenty of space for our 3 families to spread out and relax. And it snowed when we were there! The kids loved it.

Such a wonderful stay!! Everything was great very clean. Is my 2nd time staying and we loved it. We had an issue with the bbq, (not a problem) just wanted you to know it wasnt working we filled the propane up for you, but we didnt use it. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us.

Family get away

Was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed the media room watching movies and eating popcorn. Popcorn machine was a hit. The pool was a blast. We will be coming back for sure. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house

Great house

This house had so much to keep 8 women entertained for 4 days. I loved this house. Thank you. Pool was so warm it was awesome. Kitchen had everything we needed plus. We felt that every thing was well stocked for our stay.

Awesome winter getaway

This house has it all to entertain our family! Well maintained pool and jacuzzi. The home theatre was so cute. Loved all the special touches (popcorn toppings, pool toys and large array of movies to name just a few) added to make it so just so fun!

Wonderful getaway!

What a fabulous place, we didn’t want to leave! Everything was just as we expected, if not better. We were a group of Libras celebrating all of our birthdays, and this really was a heavenly long weekend away with friends. Heather was immediately responsive about a few questions we had, and I am so happy with everything about this rental. We’ll be coming back for sure!

Amazing!!!

This rental was amazing! My teens didn't want to leave the house. The movie room and the hot tub was perfect. We are from Louisiana so the pool was to cold for us but still beautiful. I was surprised with how many items were in the pantry and it was much appreciated! Beds are comfy!
