House was okay - upon arrival it seemed clean, however, the carpet upstairs was clearly not vacuumed and behind the door of the downstairs bedroom was very dirty, full of hair and clearly not vacuumed. Also hair in the shower downstairs on the wall. One of the chairs on the back deck had a large rip, making it nearly useless. And there was one lounge chair (plastic Adirondack) that had a leg broken off, completely useless. When we arrived, it was very warm. After some back and forth, someone was sent out to look and it needed a replacement part. It wasn’t fixed until the day we departed (understandably hard to get service during the summer) but Vacasa only provided a small refund which they deemed acceptable, calling it a ‘loss of amenity’. It’s the desert- temps are high and it was miserably hot in the house, it got up to 82 indoors easily. There’s a sensor in the house, they should have been aware that the A/C had clearly gone out and it should have been communicated before arrival. Disappointed in the customer service around this situation. Overall, the house was decent, however, there needs to be more attention to cleaning when it’s a pet friendly home, as well as tossing out useless outdoor furniture. Seemed like a lot was overlooked.

Not so great experience

The location was wonderful and the cabin had most of the items needed in a rental - but the upstairs bathroom did not always flush properly (you would have to open the top lid of the tank and push the red flapper down in place), two of the burners on the outside gas grill did not light, it looked like someone splashed spaghetti sauce all over the kitchen blind and there was a lot of dust. All these are very fixable and when complete, the cabin and location will be great for the next guest.

4th of July at Eagle Crest

We enjoyed our stay. Only thing is when I asked if the access to the golf courses are free meaning no green fee, the person I talked to said it is free. Turns out it is not and like all golf courses we have to schedule tee time. To make the most out of it my family just used the putting green. Also the TV in the main bedroom does not have sounds.

It was nice stay.My only complaint would be the yard maintenance landscaping crew who came once a week.They were unprofessional and rude.They left the driveway a mess with grass and my car had grass blown on it,very sloppy.

Chalet comfort

This log framed chalet kept us warm and cozy from the snow, wind, and rain outside. Picture windows, beautiful area, fun Rec center and trails, friendly neighborhood, and good location. We enjoyed every day of our week long getaway. Clean and well stocked cabin. Perfect for our family!

Great stay at the charming Chalet

We had an amazing time during our stay at the Chalet. It is a wonderful place to come back to and relax after a eventful fun day at Eagle Crest. The creek at the back was amazing and we spent a lot of time relaxing on the back deck. We had mistaken our dates for the stay but the owner and the management was very helpful to help us out by extending our stay by a day. We will come back again.

Fell Instantly In Love With Our Chalet!!!

The chalet we stayed in was nicely decorated, the linens were white and everything was very clean. I immediately felt comfortable. I hated to leave and definitely plan on coming back.

Perfect retreat for the family!

This is a lovely place to stay that is within walking distance to the Putting Course and a swimming pool. Our family also utilized the rec. Center and their tennis courts! So much fun!

Cute quiet cabin

My husband and I had a lovely time at Eagle Crest. And what a bonus that this chalet allowed pets! Easy check in/out, fully stocked kitchen, clean and cozy space, nice hot tub, quiet, peaceful surroundings - a great getaway!

Wonderful house

Perfect location and great stay in Eagle Crest. The house was great and had everything that we needed. The southeast facing main part of the house and back deck were wonderful for morning sunshine.

Cozy winter cabin for the snow

The hot tub was perfect after a day of playing in the snow. Our girls played in the back courtyard. Cabin was well stocked and set up nicely. Can’t wait to go back!
