"Good place to stay out and plenty of parking around"

"Bit clunky getting to the place, but once you follow all the instructions, it was all ok. Very nice location. Would definitely recommend."

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They say what they mean and they mean what they say. Excellent stay!"

"Staff and other people in the building were really helpful and friendly. Adult bedroom SAS great, and the bed was comfortable. The kids room was cramped, and the beds were uncomfortable. Overall the place is looking pretty tired, think the photos need to be updated. Was great having the kitchen and washer/dryer in the apartment, but could have been clearer that they only provide 'starter' cleaners and toilet paper, so be prepared to buy your own. Also, bring face clothes, and, if you can,...

"Room is tired and equipment is old and worn."

"Very good point and easy access to transportation. Clean and confortables rooms. "

"Thanks for another good stay! Spotlessly clean, good parkingwell appointed and in a great location."

"This property is really nice and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay there again"

"The property was immaculate, clean and fresh. Check in was a breeze and the staff were all very nice. Location was perfect, just across the road from the tram, beach and shops close by. There was milk in the fridge as well as coffee and tea, Body wash, shampoo & conditioner was in the bathroom as well. It was very quiet at night when we slept as well. We really enjoyed all the property had to offer and will definitely book here when we return."

"Muy bien, me gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel"

"Oak on Felix es complejo muy moderno de departamentos en alquiler junto al Río Brisane y a metros del Jardín Botánico. Alojamiento muy cercano a las calles principales y a uno de sus puentes más importante. Desde un amplio Balcón con un juego de mesa y sillones te permite disfruta del paisaje de esta ella ciudad a la hora de tomar el desayuno, el almuerzo o la cena. "

"The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned, with dirty carpets, stains on the lounge, mould and old soap in the bathroom, and rubbish/stuff under the couch. Both bathroom doors didn’t lock, a window latch was broken, the dryer didn’t work, requested drying rack never got a response. No cups or mugs in the apartment. We requested a partial refund due to the issues, but this was declined. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"Great Location, easy check-in, will stay here again"

"Muy bien ubicado, lo único que tuve problemas con el check in por que hubo un error y otro huésped tomó mi llave pero si pudieron resolverme la situación."

"The property is a bit tired, but it is well kept and close to Wesley Hospital and the river ferry terminal"
