"The staff were absolutely amazing — friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Breakfast was truly a 5-star experience with a great variety and quality. The main bed was very comfortable, but unfortunately, the sofa bed was a big letdown — really uncomfortable and not suitable for a good night's sleep.
