Streamside Retreat on the River with and AC

  • ¡Disfruta de los sonidos tranquilos del río Rojo desde tu puerta trasera! Esta casa se encuentra justo a lo largo del río con un patio de lajas, fogata, sillas de troncos y una parrilla de gas. ¡Toma tu caña de pescar y prepárate para la cena de esta noche!

    Los propietarios tenían la cabina decorada con muebles de alta gama, así como una decoración de inspiración alpina. Al entrar en la sala de estar, su ojo naturalmente gravitará hacia estos muebles inspirados, una chimenea de leña que cuenta con un hogar construido en roca. Cuando no estés afuera disfrutando del aire de la montaña o mirando los hermosos alrededores de la naturaleza desde la sala de estar, prueba uno de los juegos que tenemos para ti en nuestra mesa de juego o relájate frente a la pantalla plana Mirar televisión Dish Network (con capacidades de DVR), una película con el reproductor de DVD / VCR proporcionado.

    La cabina tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, que incluye una cafetera normal y un Keurig que se abre a la sala de estar y al comedor.

    Una vez que nuestros huéspedes están retirados por el día, pueden retirarse a 3 dormitorios. La suite principal se encuentra justo al lado de la sala de estar y cuenta con una cama king-size y su propia chimenea. El baño en la habitación está provisto de bañera de hidromasaje y ducha. Streamside Retreat utiliza un sistema de agua caliente sin tanque para proporcionar a los huéspedes toda el agua caliente que deseen durante su estadía.

    El segundo dormitorio cuenta con literas gemelas con una litera de tamaño completo en la parte inferior y una cama de registro de tamaño queen también. La habitación puede dormir fácilmente 5 personas.

Si descansar en tocones de árboles no es su estilo, hay varias sillas de madera y balancines para elegir. Durante los meses más cálidos, puede tomar el sol en la terraza ubicada en la parte superior de la casa. Para llegar a la terraza, los invitados subirán la escalera de caracol de acero ubicada justo al lado del porche trasero.

    Los huéspedes adoran la comodidad de esta cabaña de lujo en la ciudad. Se encuentra aproximadamente a 1/4 de milla de los telesillas o eventos y actividades del centro. No es necesario conducir ... Puede tomar el servicio de transporte GRATUITO bajo demanda de Red River. Great place for family stay.

It was a great place to spend quality family time. The home was very welcoming and felt at home. Will defiantly recommend this to other family members and friends. Thank you for everything.

Check in was a breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed (crockpot, airfryer) The back patio sits right on the river and it is so lovely. We will absolutely stay here again. We did not need the AC even in August. We saw rabbits, chipmunks, hummingbrids, bluebirds and even a deer just from the back patio.

We had an excellent stay. Home was in an ideal area. Enough parking for 4 large vehicles, easy access. Easy to find. Home was fully equipped with more amenities than listed. Air fryer, roaster, crockpot which was nice. Home was clean. This is a great home for a large family or group. The only thing is if you have children that like stairs there’s no gate or closure to block that space as the stairs are not ideal for little ones. There was a small hole in the dog run, not ideal for xs or small dogs as they can get out. Bigger pets will be no issue. Indoors is very pet friendly. Which we found ideal as it was worry free. Adults will love the view. Great stay. Good fishing. Deer watching. Highly recommend.

Fall Break vacation

The house is nice just right next to the main road in and out of the neighborhood. Also, had a problem with a bathtub. Called to get it fixed and the plumber came out but said it’s a big job and couldn’t fix it that day!

Cabin in Need of Repairs

Cabin apparently needs quite a bit of updating and repair. Sinks did not drain properly. Refrigerator went out on us so we had to use coolers for food storage. Oven does not work either. Mattresses seemed old and soft. Stayed at this property a year ago and nothing had been taken care of in the last year. The property is definitely not worth the higher price we paid for rental.

Fish off the back porch

This house was the perfect size for our extended family and fur babies. We loved being able to sit and listen to the stream running in the evening while the kids fished. Town was just a short walk away. Unfortunately the impact of the wildfires meant that activities in Red River were limited.

Great stay for my small group.

We loved the location of the property next to the stream. Although it’s not mountain-adjacent, it was very close to all amenities. Getting around was not an issue. Would not hesitate to stay in this property again.

Crazy to think we left Texas to get away from the cold and went to New Mexico!

We decided to take the trip the day before. Property was just as described. Very spacious and comfortable.

Fabulous Stay

The day we got there the River was being stocked with trout. The guys had no problem catching trout all during our stay. The accommodations were very comfortable, clean, and about 3 minutes from Red River. We brought back wonderful memories.

Not so relaxing cozy retreat

The property is nice and cozy. There are a few things that were unexpected such as: The home back up to the main road and next to the entry way of the neighborhood. The noise of vehicles can be heard all day especially in the master bedroom. I found people will walk around all hours of the night which is unsettling. You can only reach the patio by going through the master or 2nd bedroom. Trash was left in the kitchen trash can to include a dead mouse. No trash bags were left at property. Cleanliness was okay. They’re An abundance of cob webs inside and outside the property. The gate of the dog run was not well kept so I didn’t utilize it. The property backs up to the creek which is awesome. We say chipmunks, ducks, fish and deer during our stay. The only downside is there is no privacy. The creek attracts a lot of fishermen all times of day. We visited on the busy Labor Day weekend. All and all it’s a nice home and I may stay again a slower time of year for Red River.

Fishing out your back door!

My family had a great experience fishing right out our back door and down the river with lots of public access. The fire pit was a hit each night. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen equipment. The gas grill worked perfectly.

Red River weekend.

Home worked well for our family of 6. Very comfortable home and we really enjoyed being on the river. Outdoor firepit was great but needs replacement. Location excellent for our day trips to the scenic areas.. Excellent weekend.
