Boasting fresh modern design and walkable access to Main Street, this loft retreat comes perfectly positioned for all-season recreation. Enjoy morning coffee on the private balcony - also the perfect perch for post-hike and apres ski cocktails. In the evenings, cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace. The mighty kitchenette comes equipped with a suite of mid-size appliances, including a dishwasher, to handle home meal planning with ease. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located in the building for added on-site convenience.

Everything about this plac e was great. I knew it was out of town, but somehow it didnt register that this meant it was in a close neighborhood. Even knowing that, i would stay there again. It accomodated us and was lovely

Located at southern edge of Santa Fe, property was very nice - plenty of room - great walking trails for hiking, dog walking, biking.

Great Place For Friends

We had a friends getaway, and this house had loads of room for three couples. Well appointed kitchen which made it easy to make dinner! Hot tub was awesome and we loved the Art throughout the home!

Beautiful home

We stayed a few nights in this home and it was a lovely experience. Beautifully decorated home - all the artwork was inspiring to be around. The views from the back yard were very peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this home to others and would stay here again.

Great home for a group

We stayed here with a couple other families (4 adults, 4 kids) and it was perfect. The home is beautiful, spacious, and well-stocked. Next to the home is an entrance to a nice walking trail. And it was an easy drive to downtown, hiking, and skiing. Would stay again!

Fantastic Arts and Entertainment Property

Fun house in a quiet neighborhood, the walking trails behind the home were amazing, beautiful house, fun art and great collection of books and movies. Super comfy beds and couches, amazing fenced backyard for our puppy and kids to play. Outstanding theming and design.

The artists house

There is lots of room to spread out in this 2 story home. We loved the paintings by the owner and read several of his books about the art while we were staying. I would like to see a guest book to put notes in and updated patio furniture. It was a comfortable stay in a good location for us.

Nice house and neighborhood

It’s about 25min to downtown Santa Fe but the neighborhood has some great walking trails right out the back yard- which we really enjoyed along with the large patio and grill.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great place!

Very comfortable, spacious and clean house. Master bedroom is huge. Kitchen is fully stocked and great for big families. The hot tub was well-kept and extremely clean! Great place for families as it has lots of beds to sleep in. Perfect place to relax and enjoy your trip. Would highly recommend.

Winter retreat

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Artist Retreat. We avoided some cold temps up in Minnesota while exploring the Santa Fe area, visiting places like the Farmers & Artist Markets at the Rail Yard, the plaza, trips to National Parks, touring Los Alamos museums and a winery. We made dinner together in the sunny kitchen and then relaxed by the fireplace or enjoyed the whirlpool on the patio – beautiful evenings surrounded by colorful paintings everywhere.

Great Family Gathering

This was a great option for our annual sibling & spouse vacation. The layout was good for all the togetherness a person wanted or had plenty of options if someone wanted some quiet time. The outdoor area was a little small but, we made it work & it was beautiful setting. We would certainly consider renting again if we found ourselves back in Santa Fe

Spacious and unique!

There was plenty of room for six people to spread out and gather. The hot tub felt wonderful after a long day of walking. It was easy to get in and all instructions were easy to follow.

Artist's Retreat

My family and I, had a wonderful week stay in this spacious beautiful home. It was very relaxing. It had everything that we needed plus more. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything we needed in order to cook. The home was very clean. It had beautiful artwork though out We didn't have a chance to get in the hot tub but we spent sometime in the backyard. We would definitely recommend this place to stay while in Santa Fe.

Santa Fe Trip

A lovely home, filled with a variety of art. We really enjoyed reading about the artist and his art. It was a perfect place for our family of 7. Lots of space for all. The neighborhood was beautiful and we enjoyed the walking trials right behind the house. A 15 to 20 min drive to town to enjoy all the Santa Fe has to offer. We would stay there again.
