Welcome to Little Fanny, a charming pet-friendly cabin on the peaceful west end of Red River, just steps from the river and within walking distance of the Red River Ski & Summer Area and Main Street. This cozy cabin sleeps 6 guests comfortably.

Inside, the cozy living room features a gas fireplace, a large smart TV with Roku, a DVD player, and a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. Guests can also enjoy high-speed WiFi, making it easy to stay connected during your mountain getaway.

The dining area opens into a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and ample cabinet storage. A convenient half bathroom is located just off the kitchen. Outside, the spacious covered deck offers comfortable seating and a gas grill, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air.

Both bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, private balcony, and easy access to the full bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and its own flat-screen TV.

Little Fanny is a great home base for skiing, snowboarding, scenic chairlift rides, zip lining, shopping, dining, and exploring everything Red River has to offer.

Please note that this property does not have air conditioning or a washer/dryer, and trailer parking is not available. Four-wheel drive and/or tire chains are recommended during winter months.
