Upon entry into this warm, charmed two story mountain cabin you will walk into our open concept foyer with the laundry area tucked to the left equipped with a brand new full sized washer/dryer set, dining area and well equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal for your family and friends! Including stainless steel gas stove/range, dishwasher, microwave and black fridge. On past the kitchen/dining area, you’ll find the warm and inviting well lit living room featuring large West facing windows, a stone gas log fireplace, Flat screen TV, leather recliners and sofa, as well as local custom built wooden chairs, entertainment center, and coffee table. Around the corner is a full bathroom finished out with a shower/tub combo, vanity and throne. Up the stairs to the right you will find the Primary bedroom housing a queen sized bed, and private balcony with trex decking, outdoor seating for your soulful morning coffee. Back inside, directly before the staircase you’ll find the upstairs ¾ bathroom with a vanity, throne and tiled shower. On the other side of the staircase you’ll find the other bedroom housing two queen sized beds, large West windows, closet, dressers and flat screen TV. This home is complete with Wi-Fi, smart TV's in the double bedroom and the living area so when you want to kick back and enjoy your evenings after a fun filled day then you are well equipped to do so...



This home has access to the fishable Red River that flows directly behind the Claim Jumper Cabins & Townhomes, gorgeous mountain views from the East facing covered front deck as well as the private balcony overlooking the Platinum Chair at Red River Ski Area's "Face" and the Lift House. Exterior amenities include a custom BBQ gas grill area, Ski or bicycle storage hooks, outdoor table/chairs, bench and custom built bar.
