This property was so great for my family with 4 boys ranging from ages 8-15. The pond was literally across the street and the river was about 30 steps out from the back door. The kids fished all day! There were plenty of pots and pans, and having bathrooms in all the bedrooms was so nice! We walked EVERYWHERE! This was the perfect outdoor summer getaway from Texas heat. We will definitely return!

Perfect townhouse for skiing!

This is the perfect location for skiing and doing things in town. Everything, including the grocery store, is just a short walk away. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of hot water. We never ran out even if we took showers one after the other when we got off the mountain. There's also a nice assortment of spices in the pantry if you want to do some cooking while you're there. Definitely the best place we've stayed in Red River!

The location was great and unit is very spacious. Stayed with 4 adults and my 2 year old. Only recommendation would be to consider deep cleaning; many spaces had cobwebs and thick layers of dust.

Family Reunion

Overall the property is wonderful. It's perfect for a large group and everyone had their space. Location is perfect. Our biggest issue was the lack of fans during a heatwave. Normally each room has one. We were in a four bedroom with one ceiling fan and one working fan. It got very warm. Called the office an no one brought any fans. We had to buy one. The lack of internet was frustrating. We had one person who had to work and it made it very difficult. And no hair dryer. Check in could have been better. It would have been nicer if they just said no matter what we won't let you check in until 4:00 even if the place was ready. Instead they acted like they didn't even know if it had been cleaned. It could be hours and we are sitting in the heat with 3 kids and a bunch of groceries. It was only 3:00 so nothing major. We had prior stays that had no problem with us checking in if the place was ready. It was just frustrating knowing it was done and they wouldn't let us in. Just be honest and say we aren't allowed to check anyone in until 4:00. Again the place was wonderful but needs some fans and some hairdryers!!!

Red River Family Vacation

I highly recommend Claim Jumper #22. It was nicely furnished and perfect accommodations for our large group of multiple families. Each family has their own bathroom! .

Will stay here again!

Our family felt very at home at this condo in Red River. The location was great and within walking distance to our main spots. The 4 bed 4 bath layout provided enough space for each branch of the family to have their own room and bathroom. Games, puzzles, and books were provided in the condo to help pass the rainy times. Parking was an issue as we had 4 vehicles and were only allowed 2 parking spots. The closest overnight parking was a couple blocks away. Overall we had a great stay and would stay in the same condo again.

Loved that the ponds were right across from the condo, made it super easy for the kids to go fishing. We were also very close to a lot of things and that was extra helpful.

Great Location and Awesome Home

This home was perfect for our family. Every room had a bathroom, which was a huge bonus. Our smaller guests had room to play right outside the door. And our skiing guests could walk to either lift. The home was very well stocked and had great amenities. We are already planning our next stay in this cabin.
