Beautiful and cozy home! Beds were SO comfortable!! Enough room for 2-3 families to spread out. Great kitchen utensils and all the amenities we needed!

Good mountain retreat. View and location very enjoyable. Was not a fan of the bonus room downstairs; it might be a bedroom for kids/teens but for an adult couple, it was arguable. Probably need to share more info on it if you’re promoting as 4 bedrooms. Anyway, enjoyed the stay.

Not for old women

Lovely property but a lot of stairs to navigate including the ones leading from parking to the cabin. And there are only three beds that are decent so be prepared to double up with a friend. There is a 4th bedroom in the basement but there are rats in the ceiling that kept me awake both nights. (Evidence with lots of rat droppings…ick!)

Spacious and Welcoming Getaway

We felt right at home in this beautiful spacious cabin with lots of amenities! We especially enjoyed the wrap around deck with amazing views, lots hummingbirds, and the hot tub.

Beautiful location..mostly very clean .except for a stray pill and used condom wrapper in upstairs area. Also claims to be very faimilyfriendly but it is not..the stairs alo e are not toddler friendly

Property was great. Gorgeous views. We loved the river being so close. Spent most of our time on the lovely porch. The AC didn’t work great but opening the windows at night made it very pleasant. Would recommend to a family!

Everything about this property was wonderful, the only problem if I was to say, there was a problem would be that when we got there the hot tub was very cloudy and by the second day, it was not looking very good so we didn't get a lot of use out of it.

Awesome all around!

The place was perfect! Made a lot of memories there…perfect location & cabin, well furnished, communication was on point, close proximity to town & river, hot tub was perfect…can’t speak anything bad at all. Snow came in 3 days we were there and it was just breathtaking! I will say that if you travel during the cold/snowy months, definitely have a 4x4 vehicle no matter where you go. Luckily we had two, but it can be testy on the roads if you don’t have a 4x4.

Multi family ski trip

We had two families stay here while skiing. The house is great. Lots of room with upstairs and downstairs living areas. Tons of deck space outside as well. Rooms are all spacious.

Perfect house for our vacation!

We loved staying in this beautiful home! It was just my husband and I - and were able to elderly dog - Abby (she loved it too). The deck was amazing. We could walk to the river to fly fish!!! It was perfect! Thanks!!!!

Relaxing summer stay in Red River

Our family of eight (grandparents, parents, and four kids ages 1 to 11) enjoyed our stay here. The master bedroom was big enough for a pack’n’play. There was plenty of space and comfortable beds. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed time on the back deck watching the hummingbirds while dining. The hot tub was wonderful. We played in the nearby creek and hiked the roads around the neighborhood. It’s a quiet neighborhood with friendly people, and only a short drive to town. We made it in our Honda Odyssey, but would for sure need a 4WD vehicle in winter. The grandparents were able to park their huge RV (35ft?) in the home’s front parking area, but they might think twice before doing the drive from the main road to the house again. The water pressure at the house was poor, and being able to control the water temperature was challenging. The property manager was responsive in calling out a plumber, but it didn’t solve the issue in our opinion. Overall, though, an enjoyable stay. Thank you!

Not worth the rate

We checked in on Monday and discovered Monday evening the water wasn’t working. The water was not fixed until Thursday due to the plumber needing to order a part. So, 3 of the 5 days we paid for a property without water. The beds were horrible. The 4th bedroom in the basement is accessed through the garage. So you feel like you are in a dark dungeon when you close the door. This property is definitely not worth the price of the rental.

Great family vacation.

Great location for family vacation. Gorgeous views off the deck and close enough to town for a quick trip but out of the hustle and bustle. Great parking lot for vehicles and plenty of room to spread out or be together as a family.
