30 year reunion

Wow! Our group of 18 had a wonderful time gathering at Moose. Great bedrooms, plenty of activities, beautiful surroundings - would stay here again with no hesitation. Communication was always quick and accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful week!

AMAZING!!!

We all had a wonderful stay. The Moose on the Loose was better than expected! It is a stunning home that was very clean, had everything we needed and room for everyone to be very comfortable! The team with this lodge is amazing to work with! I highly recommend this property to anyone with a large group looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay! Seriously, thank you!

Car trip

Wonderful property. Laura was great. Hot tub needs some attention but was not a big deal to us. Gas fireplaces would be awesome. Overall a GREAT place. Thanks to everyone who made this possible.

Beautiful Home

Home was beautiful, plenty of room for everyone. Property was not mowed when we arrived, so most of the yard was unusable which was one of the reasons we picked it - for the large yard. We did not have any communication prior to arriving. So might have to reach out to them to get check in directions. Other than those, it was a great location.

Perfect for a big family Christmas!

The Moose on the Loose was just perfect for me and my big family (15 of us altogether). There were activities and games, and plenty of space for us to spread out. The kitchen in particular was AMAZING! We did a lot of cooking and the spices and cooking tools/utensils/small appliances were very well stocked. Plus, being so close to the Red Lodge ski mountain was awesome! Everything was clean and beautiful, and even decorated for the holoday season, I couldn't be happier.

Lovely property

This home is perfect for large groups! There were 14 of us total with plenty of room/space for everyone. The kitchen amenities were great and only had to buy our own ziploc bags, otherwise wonderfully stocked with cookware and serving dishes. We needed to communicate with the property management on our last night, a weekend, she answered promptly and was able to assist us asap that evening. Overall, highly recommend staying here if you have a larger group!

Small Family Reunion

All of my adult siblings and our kids got together here and it was everything we hoped for! Gorgeous property, beautiful view, can hear the running water, close to nature and town, plenty of space for sleeping and private bathrooms, house was super prepared, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of kitchen and bath towels. Keurig and full pot option. There were a lot of trash bags, but we ran out at the very end, so if you plan on feeding a lot of people, maybe grab a couple extra. Easy check in and out.

Pictures do not do this Red Lodge property justice!

This house was incredible! The pictures do not do this property justice, the space just seemed to go on forever. The bedrooms were all great sizes, with full bathrooms attached to all but one. Three large living spaces to congregate, PLUS a massive kitchen & dining area. Perfect for large families with children of any age: toys, games, books, movies, ping pong, pool, highchair, pack & play, toddler bed.... nothing was missed! No detail was overlooked in the kitchen either; every pot, pan or baking dish you might need, with enough dishes to serve an army! 6 burners, double oven, 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, a walk-in pantry with even more kitchen necessities! We were traveling for a wedding, and it was suggested that we stay closer/in town if we wanted to be able to walk to bars and restaurants. It is a quick 5-minute drive to the center of town, we never had an issue parking, and it was well worth the short drive. Our travel to and from MT was a nightmare due to weather with cancellation and delays for days. It ended up taking 4 days for us to finally get to MT. Heather and Laura could not have been more accommodating or helpful! From getting us in earlier, offering ideas/suggestions on HOW to get in when the airlines had just about given up, communicating through different time zones and lost cell signals--everything that could have gone wrong with this trip did, but they did not give up on us. If 10 stars were an option, I'd give 10!

Absolutely beautiful property to stay at.

This property was the perfect place for our family to meet up at. It made our time together perfect with memories we’ll cherish for years to come. There was plenty of room and private space for everyone to enjoy. The property provided everything we needed to prepare and serve large meals. The property thought of everything and didn’t take any shortcuts. Everything from a toy box for the little ones to family games for all ages. All you need to pack is your clothes and food. The perfect location keeps you close to town and to the ski lodge. This property will not leave you disappointed. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
