The bottom of 1 window in dining room was cracked recently by a guest & it has now been replaced with new window. We love hosting and making sure our guests have wonderful experiences and that is why we were sad to read your review. Hi Maureen, Your reservation was for3 people, and after you booked it then you said you wanted to have 10 guests. This is over the maximum occupancy of the house. We offered to increase your reservation to max occupancy, with the additional fees per guest over 4. This is clearly listed on the website that we charge over 4 guests and any future guests should be aware of this also. Thank you.

Mountain living being surrounded by nature means there is a possibility of a mouse getting into the house. It is rare, as we do keep it under control so thank you for letting us know. We will reach out to our cleaning crew about the stove. We do ask guests to clean food from pans, our apologies the guests prior to your group did not follow these rules.
