Our daughter and sons families were in Colo for a visit and we planned to stay at our small, rustic secluded cabin in Redfeather. Our son has a newborn (2 months) so we thought it might be convenient to rent a place with running water for showers or naps or if the newborn was keeping anyone awake at night etc. So we rented the cabin for myself, daughter-in-law and 2 month old as the rest of the family wanted to stay at our own cabin. I was very honest about this with the owners but was told (after payment) no one but myself and daughter-in-law and (kid) would be allowed on the property. I would be charged per person per day for our 3 day reservation if anyone not registered would come on the property. It would also mean we could be forced to leave the property. I reviewed the contract I saw and it did not mention anything about guests except we would be responsible for damage done by any dayguests. The owners referred me to a contract that stated absolutely no guests. As a result, the two of us plus the newborn left every morning around 8am and returned at 9pm every night. No one else dared to come except my husband who brought us to check in. It was very unfortunate and disappointing they could not visit. Otherwise, the two of us and the 2 month old enjoyed our nights there. It is very clean, updated, quiet and secluded.
