"Spacious room. Small bathroom. Heating worked well. Contactless check in - had to call a number for them to remotely let us in the hotel and our room. Microwave and plates in the room was handy. Free street parking overnight. Overall good value for money."

"Onsite parking for a fee but secure. Staff were lovely. The room however was dirty. Hair in the shower drain and needed a good clean. Not impressed. In the kitchen if you have the kettle on and plug in laptop (which is what we did) it trips the fuse and you have no power. Not good. Luckily we were only there for one night. The coffee machine in reception is good however again, not cleaned properly. "

"Apartment was very spacious with a large living room and separate bedroom. Excellent shower/bathroom and decent (but basic) kitchen facilities. We had a 10-night stay visiting family nearby and it was ideal, close to shops, trams, trains, and was quiet and safe "

"Such an amazing hotel. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was amazing. Roomy, Great bath and shower. The housekeeping staff was also top notch. Room was very clean. We ate at the restaurant and bar. Food and drinks were amazing and staff consistently exceptional. I would stay here again and strongly recommend to anyone."
