"Room was very clean as was the bathroom. It had everything you needed and it was all clearly labelled. Kingsize bed was really comfy. Curtains were blackout so no light got through. Situated in a lovely quiet area so there was no noise throughout the night. Throughly enjoyed the room. Had no issues are complaints. "

Unfortunately, we slept awfully, the hotel/room above us was so noisy. All we could hear all evening and through the night was the tv, banging and snoring. "

"We stayed at the Red Lion for a few days as we were meeting family. The accommodation is situated at the back of the pub and is bright and clean. You can access it by walking through the pub or walking round the back. There is plenty of parking but it can get busy when the pub is open! It’s situation means you have easy access to get to many places by road very quickly. The staff who work there are fantastic and very helpful. "Bar and grill is excellent, decent selection with the unexpected bonus of a dart board and pool table, although an oche, a fixed board and one table less around the pool table would be good. The rooms are decent value for money, very comfy bed and all you really need albeit a little on the small side in the shower room. Like all such places, the staff can make the difference and the peeps here were fabulous... helpful, chatty, friendly and exactly what you want to find and they made the...
