"We arrived late evening, however a staff member was still on site, she was very pleasant and extremely helpful, made us feel “at home”. The castle has been kept very authentic and would be exactly what someone would want to experience in a castle built in 1283, absolutely amazing place. Would recommend anyone to stay. "A really nice centrally located hotel, easy walking distance to restaurants and the castle, also ideal if you’re looking to drive the famous “Nordshliefe” track. Friendly staff keep this classic German hotel clean and tidy and whilst it is without frills the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are great and the fridge in the room is a nice touch. Plenty of parking and a thoroughly enjoyable stay, I will definitely be returning."
