"Beautiful property and surroundings but it caters mainly to Germans. Reading materials in room was all in german as well as the majority of tv channels. Bring iron if you need one - rooms don’t have one one (which to me seems strange for a high end property). Also, breakfast was 19 euros per person per day - I would recommend including this in price of room. Way too expensive. "

"La casa es muy bonita, esta muy bien equipada, decorada con mucho gusto. Tiene una gran terraza y todo lo necesario para barbacoas. El jardin está muy bien cuidado y tiene muchas hierbas aromaticas, de las que puedes disponer. Tambien frutales, pero nosotros fuimos en junio y no era temporada. No pudimos hacer uso de la piscina por el mal tiempo. La zona es muy verde y muy boscosa y a pesar de que muchos pueblos estan recuperandose aún de los estragos del terremoto del 2016, se puede disfrutar...

"Wir hatten das Haus mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene, 6 Kinder) gebucht. Das Haus ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Zur Begrüßung standen sogar schon ein paar Lebensmittel bereit. Es gibt Spielsachen für den Garten, sogar ein Kicker und eine Tischtennisplatte. Der Pool ist riesig und wird sehr gut von den Vermietern gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind ganz wunderbare Menschen! "This property is fabulous! The gorgeous photos online are exactly what you will find when you arrive. King size beds, modern bathrooms and showers, and beautiful design throughout. The apartments are well stocked and the hosts think of everything to make your stay comfortable. The grounds and pool are amazing and maintained with care, and there are outdoor spaces with new furniture where you can sit and look at the panorama of gorgeous rolling hills. Best hosts we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!"

"Wir wollten ein Objekt, das nicht in einer Tourismusgegend liegt. Und genau das haben wir bekommen. Ein schönes großes Haus, mit allen Einrichtungsgegenständen, die man benötigt. Alles funktionierte, nur das WiFi war teilweise unterbrochen. Der Vermieter Sergio war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Wer die Gegend erkunden möchte, ist bei diesem Objekt an der richtigen Stelle. Die Marken sind wunderschön, interessant und abwechslungsreich."

"This property is a hidden gem in Civitanova Marche. The amenities at the property are amazing (hot tub, steam bath, sauna, etc). The living space is beautifully appointed and the kitchen is well stocked. Most amazing is the host! She is incredibly friendly and accommodating. She left us with delicious food and even picked us up from our drop off location. REALLY WONDERFUL experience!"
