Amazing !

We had a fantastic time in this house/place. The house is very cute/clean/functional. You can't get enough of the view and the tranquility. We also enjoyed a lot the beautiful beach down below. Mauro was amazing, very helpful, super friendly. We highly recommend !

Beautiful home with spectacular view

Tommaso, Mauro and Sonia were kind and generous hosts. We loved the home, it's location with a secluded beach, and the dining table outside to enjoy the view of the Mediterranean sea. The home was very clean and well equipped. We would love to return.

Wonderful hillside villa with a sea view

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hillside villa with a sea view and private beach. The space was bright and clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the south of Sicily, being situated right between the Valley of the Temples, Selinunte, and Sciacca, all great places to visit. Communication with our host was excellent, and he always responded very promptly to any questions we had. If we return to the south of Sicily, we would love to stay in this villa again!

Bon sejour

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour mais les frais supplémentaires indiqués qu'apres avoir payé la réservation, comme, l'électricité (10€ par jour), la location des draps qui sont annoncés comme fournis et le forfait menage, augmentent le prix de 200€pour 2 personnes et pour 2 semaines.

Heaven in western sicily

Stunning location. Lovely host and super helpful nephew - nothing was too much trouble. . Beach a short walk away - will give you a good work out though! Remote but drive away from shops in Siculiana and other remote beaches along the coast. We had the best time. Thank you.

Schöne erholsame Zeit

Das Ferienhaus ist nahe eines privaten schönen Strand gelegen. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft.Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und über eine private Straße zu erreichen. Somit sind auch traumhafte Nächte mit unzähligen Sternen am Himmel zu beobachten. Es ist gut ausgestattet mit allem nötigen! Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und angargiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder

A great getaway from touristic sicily

The house is perfectly located. You can walk to the beach where you find an incredible lagoon. The way down may be a little difficult in flip flops but is worth the effort. You can find everything you need in the house and the communication with the owner works well. If we needed help or had any questions he answered them and helped us. Overall we had a great time and will come back again.

A perfect location

Wow, what an amazing place to stay with views of the sea. It is so peaceful and relaxing with many birds for company. You could easily think you were at a retreat. The secluded beach is a fairly steep10 minute walk away through wild flowers. The property is very comfortable and spotlessly clean; we found it hard to tear ourselves away from it. The driveway is steep but our rental Fiat 500 easily coped with it. Sonia was extremely helpful and left the key for us even though we couldn't phone her due to delayed roaming access. Sonia was very accessible if we needed her and wanted us to have the best time at the property. I have no hesitation in recommending a stay here.

Great place with beautiful sea view

The three of us really enjoyed our stay in the little house! The road in is a bit steep and there is no reception for the last few metres of the route, but once you arrive it's great! The house and property is very well maintained, there is everything you need for a holiday away from the crowds: from parasols for the beach to a gas barbecue on the terrace. There is air conditioning in every room, which made our nights a little more bearable during the very hot time (June 2023). One day it failed due to the local power fluctuations, but the very kind, caring and always available owners took care of it immediately. The sometimes weak internet signal may be a problem for many, for us it was a good reason for a digital detox :) Mauro and his family were very accommodating and concerned about everything, even giving us a basket full of fruits and a bottle of wine. Thank you for this wonderful time, we’ll be very happy to come back!

Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Wir haben eine erholsame Woche in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, der Vermieter nett und jederzeit verfügbar. Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten, wie die Internetverbindung bzw. Probleme überhaupt Netz zu bekommen war alles ok.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Meeresblick in toller Lage. Badestrand mit privatem Zuweg. Etwas steil, aber machbar. Belohnung: Schöner Sandstrand und Felsenküste. Absolute Empfehlung!

Entspannung

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hatte auch einige gute Tipps. Lage sehr ruhig, abgeschieden, toller Ausblick. Der Weg zur Privatbucht war mir zu beschwerlich. Sehr schade, denn die Bucht ist toll. In der Wohnung war alles Notwendige vorhanden, Klimaanlage hat perfekt funktioniert. Das Bad ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Bett war sehr bequem. Fernsehen: keine deutschen Sender (wer es wichtig findet). Unbedingt erforderlich: Auto. Die Strecke zum Haus ist auch etwas abenteuerlich, aber man kann sich daran gewöhnen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es nicht mal eben um die Ecke. Für mich wäre toll gewesen, wenn eine Zwischenreinigung möglich wäre. Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen.

Tolle Aussicht und Ferienwohnung für erholsame Tage

wir waren sofort begeistert von der tollen Aussicht. Schöne, einfach gehaltene Ferienwohnung, mit 10 Minuten Fußweg (steil bergab) zum Strand. Diese Ferienwohnung ist optimal geeignet, wenn man ruhige und erholsame Tage verbringen möchte. Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie Scala dei Turchi sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war problemlos. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Grazie mile!

Sehr schöne Lage mit fantastischem Ausblick, sehr ruhig.

Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach, liegt aber in einer fantastische Lage mit Meeresblick. Die Wohnung liegt auf einem Privatgrundstück mit einigen anderen Häusern, sehr ruhig. Vom Haus geht direkt ein steiler Pfad runter zum Meer. Da das Strand für anderen eher schwierig erreichbar ist, ist es sehr ruhig, ein sehr schöner Bucht mit Sandstrand. Für Genießer, die es gerne ruhig haben!

Un séjour idyllique

La maison est très bien équipée et au calme. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances, vue sur la mer dont on ne se lasse pas, la plage privee n'est pas très facile d'accès mais faisable avec de bonnes baskets. Les plages alentours ont des parkings payants. C'est un bon emplacement pour visiter la région. Nous recommandons +++ 🙂

Schönes Haus mit tollem Meerblick

Der Blick über die Bucht ist traumhaft. Große Terrassen mit Gasgrill und Auto im eingezäunten Garten. Tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht, saubere und neuwertige Einrichtung mit allen wichtigen Geräten, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Gasherd und Backofen. Toller Ausblick von der Terrasse aufs Meer, Vermieter immer greifbar, hilfsbar und sehr nett.

Eine Oase mit Meerzugang und phantastischem Ausblick

Eine Oase am Meer mit direktem, steilen Zugang zu einer wunderschönen Bucht, die schon am frühen Morgen zum Baden einlädt. Ein Auto ist unerlässlich aber dann sind die Wege zum Einkauf nicht weit. Wir haben uns super erholt😀

Herrlich zum Erholen mit direktem Meerblick

Wir haben zu Dritt eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus verbracht und sind rundum zu frieden. Das Haus hat zwei Schlafzimmer, eins hat zusätzlich zwei Doppelstockbetten, ein Bad, eine große Wohn-Küche und eine herrliche Terrasse mit Meerblick. Die Ausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen, je Zimmer ein TV, Geschirrspülmaschine, und in den Fenstern Mückennetze, sodas das Schlafen bei offenen Fenstern problemlos ist. Die Ferienhäuser liegen sehr ruhig an einem Hang in einer kleinen Bucht, zum Strand kann man laufen, der Weg ist sehr steil, gutes Schuhwerk und Trittsicherheit sind Voraussetzung. Das Wasser ist wirklich glasklar und herrlich zum Schnorcheln und Schwimmen. Ein Auto sollte man zur Verfügung haben um den Nachbarstrand zu erreichen und um Ausflüge machen zu können. Wer Ruhe braucht sollte ein Haus mieten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit wieder, wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub in der Anlage.

Très bonne location et vie exceptionnelle!

Notre hôte a été très disponible pour nous accueillir et nous mener jusqu'à la maison. Celle-ci est très bien équipée et moderne, et a un très bon confort! La vue de la terrasse est juste exceptionnelle! Nous avons pu profiter du jardin, de la terrasse et du barbecue en toute tranquillité . il n'y a pas de vis-à-vis, le coin est très paisible. Nous sommes entourés de nature et il y a la mer à contempler. La baignade à la plage à proximité fut vraiment agréable. Merci pour l'accueil et pour ce séjour dans cet environnement idyllique!

Entspannter Urlaub (auch für Familie) in Ruhelage

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieter, bei Fragen oder Wünschen immer Reaktion innerhalb weniger Minuten. Gut ausgestattetes Haus, alles funktioniert (auch Insektenschutzgitter vorhanden, Klimaanlage dadurch nicht vermisst). Sandstrand wunderschön, allerdings Trittsicherheit von Vorteil. In der nächsten Bucht ein kleines aber nettes Strandbistro.
