Family vacation spot

Great place to stay for a family fun week. The the kitchen was well equipped, and they were plenty of spaces for young and old to play. The private beach connected with the property is a block away and a fun swimming area, especially for 3 to 5-year-olds all beds were comfortable all the furniture walls and we loved the screened in porch.

This property had everything we needed for our family gathering of all ages- from 2 mos to 83 years old! Wonderful game room for the kids, a small nearby beach with gradual entry and roped off swimming area, kayaks,nearby restaurants and grocery shopping. Kathleen was an awesome host and very attentive to our needs!

Perfect stay!

We absolutely loved our time at Kathleen's property. The house was extremely well stocked and the beach was perfect for our little ones. We can't wait to go back!

This home is a hidden gem! I almost don’t want to review it so I can keep it to my familyKathleen is a wonderful host and was very attentive with any question we had.Home was fully stocked with all essentials and our kids loved the smore supplies!Hope to come back and make more memories in the near future!

Relaxing getaway for multigenerational group

We spent a great week enjoying this home and the lake. We especially loveed the beach and kayaks, the outdoor seating area and fire pit at the house, and the modern well-equipped kitchen. Kathleen was a great host who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed!

Return to Sebago!

The house was immaculate and loaded with everything to make the stay feel like you just arrived home. There was no shortage of amenities or necessities. The host thought of everything and genuinely cared about making us feel at home!

A Taste of Maine!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property was clean with beach access and a mooring if you have a boat. The home was only a row away from Sabago Lake. Loved sitting outside by the fire pit at night. Also had air conditioning throughout the house.

Great for three generations!

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and comfortable house. The screened in porch and patio with firepit were family favorites to hang out and chat. The game room was a great addition! We rented a boat and kept in on the mooring to enjoy the lake and visits to Frye Island.

Sebago lake visit

Very nice location very clean and close to town. The lake beach is a short walk with a moring for your boat. Located on the calm end of the lake. Well stock kitchen. Very friendly and responsive host. Great screened in porch and outside patio with a fire pit.

Sebago lake

109 Caton Rd. Was very clean and well-equipped. The owner was so nice and responsive to all our questions. The little beach on the lake was perfect for our 5-year-old twins. And the grownups enjoyed kayaking and fishing.

Great family getaway!

Very clean, kitchen had all the basics and then some. Game room was fun for the kids and adults. The beach was awesome for the kids to swim and play. Kayaks and paddle board added hours of adventure and fun. Breathtaking sunsets! Would return in a heartbeat!

Great week in Maine

Great house with all the little amenities included. From shampoo in the showers to beach chairs and games, the owner and house provide almost everything you would need. My children loved using the included kayaks and paddle board on the lake. It’s a great location to explore the White Mountains in NH to the west or the coastal towns of Maine to the east.

Great Family Memories at the Lake

The house was perfect for our group, ranging from 11 months, 7 and 9 year olds and adults. It was spacious, clean and well stocked. There was plenty of room to hang out inside and out. We enjoyed cooking out and the fire pit! The lake beach is a 2 minute walk and most days we were the only ones there. It was clean and refreshing! The boat launch was great too since we could go tubing and enjoy the sunsets!

A week at the Lake

Kathleen is an awesome host. The property is VERY well and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen is significantly better equipped than our home kitchen. From the outdoor grill to the great coffee maker to the Kayaks to the numerous TVS s to communication to everything else Kathleen does a great job. We enjoyed our week and made some nice family memories.

Fantastic House

I cant say enough about this house. The house is spotless. This home is well equiped with anything you might need for your stay at the lake. We had our 86 year old grandma with us and she uses a walker, it was very easy for her to get around. The lower level was perfect for our older boys to play their video games and music. We would rent this home again in a second.

Great location and an owner that cares

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was very well stocked with everything we could possibly need including beach towels, bath towels, extra bedding, kitchen utensils, high-chair, pack and play, and on and on. Easy walk to the private community beach. Also, we rented a boat for the walk and the owner was kind enough to put a mooring in the water for us. Besides our 5-star stay, the only small issue was that there was no bathroom in the basement where the two other bedrooms are so you had to come upstairs each time. Overall, it was a great stay!

Lovely Family Sebago Getaway

Kathleen was a wonderfully responsive host for our visit. When issues arose such as no hot water for first two days she immediately contacted professionals to remedy problem. She was kind enough the first night to provide pizza & salad so we could avoid doing dishes. Also, it was very hot during our stay & downstairs bedrooms, especially the one without a ceiling fan could benefit from a window AC unit. The two adults & 2 children using the front bunk bed room felt it was very stuffy even when using floor fans. The kids loved the game room & games & the outside patio area was excellent for cooking & relaxing. The kitchen was fully stocked with event we needed & more! Overall we had a great family gathering on beautiful Sebago Lake & we thank you Kathleen for being a wonderful host!
