Our home is exceptionally clean, we have added extra cleaning measures to ensure a safe, clean and sanitary space. Enjoy a cozy, romantic getaway or fun family time - we're just 30 minutes from Portland and Freeport too!

Relax and unwind in our lovely lakefront home on beautiful Panther Pond. Our cottage hosts expansive lake views, great sunsets, and is the perfect place for a get-away any time of year! Grab your fleece and strike up a fire in the fire pit at the water's edge or cozy up next to one in the warmth of our living room with large stone hearth.

The setting of our four-season lakefront home is peaceful and private, it is surrounded by trees but has a fantastic view of the lake. We are Western-facing, our home offers you long sunny days and views of the lake from many vantage points - large deck, screened-in porch, lawn area & private dock. In the summer, wake to the sound of the loons and retire after enjoying exquisite sunsets by the water… Spend your days swimming, fishing, kayaking, playing games and enjoying the very best of lake-living! You will enjoy all the comforts of home from this spacious and tastefully furnished cottage with 150 feet of water frontage and a private dock. In the winter enjoy the snow and ice-covered lake and the cozy feeling of a winter cabin in the woods – ice fish, snowshoe, or simply light a fire, read a book and enjoy the moonlit lake. A beautiful deck with comfortable seating overlooks the water and screened-in porch with Pottery Barn sofa and picnic table allows you to enjoy the views any time of day when you’re lounging or dining.

Hike nearby Rattlesnake Mountain (one of the best day hikes in and around the Portland area), swim, kayak, fish, visit Portland or Freeport for great shopping or simply relax and enjoy the peace and quiet (and wildlife) of this lakefront setting.

Panther Pond connects to Crescent Lake via the Tenny River - a wonderful paddle experience for those who like to kayak. We also have a fire pit at the water's edge which is the perfect location to sit and enjoy a sunset - even in the winter! And for fishermen and women, Panther Pond is home to a large variety of fish.

The cottage is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, updated kitchen, stone fireplace, 2 separate living/entertaining spaces, large deck, screened-in porch, A-Frame swing, fire pit, kayaks and a canoe. The home is well-appointed with quality furnishings and bedding.

We have great snow in the winter (bring your sleds and snowshoes!), bright sun & refreshing water in the summer, and gorgeous foliage in the fall... And, in addition, the lake region hosts a large variety of events & activities all year round. Come See!
