It comprises a lovely 52 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, six beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms and five toilets, and you can enjoy a garden of around 3,500 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

On the ground floor:
- A 52 m² living room with a fireplace, armchairs and a dining area
- A new, fully fitted kitchen, including: 2 fridges, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, 2 dishwashers, hob, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine, filter coffee machine, Bialetti Italian coffee maker, teapot…
- Bedroom 1: with 1 comfortable double sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom (with shower and toilet)

- A beautiful, private, tree-lined garden of 3,500 m², enclosed by Burgundy stone walls. Views over the Burgundy Canal and its pleasure boats
- A 50 m² terrace running the length of the main façade overlooking the garden, facing the swimming pool and the canal.

The house is ideally situated in Ravières, in a very pleasant setting on the banks of the canal with breathtaking views of the countryside stretching as far as the eye can see. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…

Activities:
On the property: swimming, table tennis, pétanque, football, relaxing, etc.
Sports: walks or cycle rides along the canal (bicycle hire is readily available). Tennis in the neighbouring village, water skiing and swimming at Lac de Pont (30 mins).
Sightseeing: plenty of attractions nearby. Renaissance castles less than 15 mins away: Ancy-le-Franc, Nuits, Tanlay, Meaulnes. Fontenay Abbey (World Heritage Site), Alésia, Dijon with its museums and opera house, Tonnerre and Auxerre, the medieval village of Noyers, etc.
Wine-related: vineyards in Chablis, Irancy and the nearby Tonnerrois region! And beyond Dijon, the fantastic ‘Grands Vins de Dijon’ route all the way to Beaune.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the property (up to 4 vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest station: Nuits-sous-Ravières for TER trains (2 km away).
- Montbard station, approximately 21 km away: TGV trains, 1 hour to Paris.
- Nearest airport: Paris Orly, approximately 183 km away
