"I cannot recommend this property due to significant health and safety concerns, specifically the presence of mold in the bathroom.In addition to the cleanliness issues, the host was completely unresponsive to our concerns during the stay. We attempted to resolve these issues immediately, but the lack of communication forced us to involve Vrbo support. For the safety and comfort of your family, I suggest booking elsewhere until these maintenance and management issues are professionally addressed."

"I travel all over the US several times a year and this host and house are in my top 3 of all time. Communication was exceptional, very helpful and it was easy to decipher it was coming from genuinely pleasant person who wanted to ensure our stay was top notch. Awesome location, in a great neighborhood. The description of the property can be taken at face value. No false advertising here. We will definitely be back! Thank you! "

"We enjoyed the house and neighborhood very much. Old Village is charming, great for walking and biking. It's a very peaceful neighborhood yet very close to many great restaurants and cafes. Ideally we never need to contact our host during our stay. But we did and we are so grateful that Audra answered our call. "The kitchen had everything, even some things I wouldn’t have thought of! Bedrooms were a great size and the beds and sheets were very comfortable. All toiletries, paper towels, etc being included was a bonus. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and so cute. We had one small issue and the host was super communicative and helpful! My kids really enjoyed it and wanted to stay longer!"

"This home was perfect for our short family trip to Charleston. It’s centrally located between Charleston and Isle of Palms which was exactly what we needed! Plenty of room to spread out too.
