This is an older condo surrounded by much nicer homes. The furniture was a collection of old, mismatched items mixed with newer items. The living room is small with one couch and a very small chair & ottoman. There are dining chairs but not exactly what you want to sit on while watching a movie. The bedroom closets had misc items that were of no use. The kitchen was adequate and appliances were nice. The frying pans need updated. There was plenty of parking and the covered spot was a plus. I was disappointed with the exterior. This is a run down condo and the neighbors have alot of clutter. There is a partial view of the golf course above the kitchen sink. The deck's view is of trees. No yard. There is a small area near the lake that you can use but the beach is rocky and really not set up for play. If all you want is golf, the course is nice. But if you want to boat or paddleboard, etc. You'll need to drive elsewhere. We went to Farragut State Park. Nice places to eat in town and Silverwood is 20 minutes away.
