The ground floor features a welcoming living room with satellite TV and air conditioning, opening onto a terrace, as well as a separate dining room that also benefits from terrace access. The first bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, is equipped with air conditioning, and opens directly onto the terrace. The second bedroom offers 1 double bed with the same dimensions of 160 cm by 200 cm, also with air conditioning and terrace access. The ground floor kitchen is fully equipped and likewise connects to the terrace. A shower room complete with bidet and WC serves this level.

The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, hosts a combined living and dining area with satellite TV and air conditioning, opening onto a veranda. The third bedroom on this floor is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses each measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, features air conditioning, and opens onto the veranda.
