Brilliant service!

Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in der tollen Villa Antai. Alles was man brauchte war da. Trotz des kalten Wetters hatten wir es gemütlich warm. Mit der Poolheizung konnten wir den Pool richtig genießen. Wir können das Haus wirklich empfehlen .

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub in der Villa Anatai. Ein wunderschönes Haus mit weitläufigem Grundstück. Die Villa war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, alles war aufeinander abgestimmt und gut durchdacht, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben alle Annehmlichkeiten (Pool, Sauna, Tennisplatz, Fitnessstudio) genutzt. Gerne wieder!

High-end vacation!

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt mit Kindern. Viel Platz und viele Spielmöglichkeiten. Sehr schön gelegen mit einer wunderbaren Sicht aufs Meer. Wir haben uns die Unterkunft vor allem ausgesucht, da es eine Poolheizung gibt - Ende März wichtig. Leider konnte der Pool nur auf ca. 20 Grad aufgeheizt werden und das Baden mit Kindern war so kaum möglich. Es wurde uns jedoch nicht der volle Betrag verrechnet.

Unterkunft ist ein Traum❤️ alles wie auf den Fotos. Aber es fallen noch Zusatzkosten an, was aus der Beschreibung nicht klar hervorgeht (Bsp. 30 Euro pro Tag fürs Poolheizen oder 30 Euro pro Tag für ein E-Bike zu leihen). Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und wirklich super ausgestattet. Lage wunderschön. Wir wollten die Villa nicht verlassen. Einzig der Tennisplatz eignet sich nicht für die Saisonvorbereitung. Für Turnierspieler ist der Platz leider nicht in einwandfreiem Zustand.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Amazing stay! We were a group of five friends and absolutely loved our time here. The villa is perfect for a relaxed getaway — modern, spotlessly clean, and with a stunning view of the sea. One of the absolute highlights was the private tennis court with floodlights, which we used well into the night (up to midnight!) when the temperature was just right. We ended up playing all kinds of sports there. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, which was a big plus, and the entire villa is extremely well-equipped. Everything we could’ve needed was right where it should be — from the Bluetooth speaker to the sauna essentials. Our host Francesco was incredibly friendly and responsive. Even when we had a minor issue with a drain, he came over personally to fix it — and even stayed for a drink with us on the porch, which made us feel all the more welcome. We were so happy with our experience that we rebooked for next year the day after we got home. Can’t wait to be back!

Extraordinary journey!

Tolle Villa! Wir waren eine Woche lang mit einer Gruppe von 8 Personen in der Villa Anatai und waren rundum zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Der Check-In war flexibel, der Schlüssel wurde für uns hinterlegt und wir wurden später persönlich von Aurora begrüßt und über das Haus sowie Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der Nähe informiert. Die Villa übertraf unsere Erwartungen in Größe, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung (insb. die Küche war komplett ausgestattet, auch Hand- und Badetücher waren genügend vorhanden). Ein Highlight war der Tennisplatz, verschiedenste Bälle und Schläger sind vorhanden. Es gibt nur 2 kleine Kritikpunkte: Sowohl der Ofen als auch der Toaster haben nicht funktioniert, auch auf Nachfrage wurde sich darum leider nicht gekümmert während unseres Aufenthaltes. Ein weiteres kleines Manko ist das Schlafzimmer im Fitnessraum. Durch die Fitnessgeräte hat man kaum Platz, keinen Kleiderschrank und auch leider kein Badezimmer. Trotzdem hatten wir eine super Zeit und würden wiederkommen.

Glorious residence!

Wir hatten eine großartige Woche in Francescos Haus, das bis ins kleinste Detail wohl durchdacht ist und dadurch maximalen Komfort bietet. Ästhetisch sehr ansprechend, blitzblank geputzt und einfach alles da, was man braucht - bis hin zu Wattepads, Gewürzen & Kaffee! Der Meerblick mit Sonnenaufgang ist wirklich traumhaft, Tennisplatz & Pool wahrer Luxus. Aufgrund der Lage lag die Terrasse aber ab ca. 17.00 Uhr im Schatten. Auch die Betten wirklich sehr gut! In der Nachbarschaft stehen überwiegend Ferienhäuser, wobei wir Anfang September und damit zu Saisonende da waren und es in der Umgebung daher schon sehr ruhig war. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich - nach Labin sind es ca. 20 Minuten. Danke auch an Jelena, Francescos Mitarbeiterin, die uns herzlich empfing und jederzeit erreichbar war!

Major-league holiday!

Wow, just had 10 days at this villla. Host were very welcoming and also quick to reply back to any questions we had. We didn’t have a car as we were a group of 8. We hired a mini bus from the airport using DUC. They were brilliant, however local taxi companies were very expensive (70 euros for a 15 mins journey) We hired E bikes from the hosts which we managed to collect provisions from the mini market Ravni. There is also a restaurant in that same town. We used a brilliant food delivery service valfresco direkto. The walk to the beach Ravni would be about 40mins, fine walking there but uphill on the way back. The villa had everything we wanted, coffee machine, pool towels, fully functional kitchen. Definitely would be back. Thank you 🙏

Wir haben als Gruppe die Auszeit in der Villa Anatai sehr genossen. Der Tennisplatz, der Fitnesssraum aber auch die Umgebung bieten vieles, um sich aktiv zu bewegen. Das Pool ist sehr gepflegt (mehrfacher Pooldienst während unseres Aufenthaltes) und die Küche ist hervorragend ausgerüstet. Auch hat uns Edi herzlich begerüsst und uns eine super Empfehlung für ein gutes Restaurant sowie Badestrand gemacht, danke dir vielmals!

Great stay!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Villa Anatai. Alles war wie beschrieben. Der Pool, die Sauna, und der Tennisplatz sind super. Die Poolheizung ( gegen Aufpreis) war ein großer Bonus, das Wasser war immer angenehm und man konnte somit auch im April problemlos schwimmen gehen. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung der Villa ist sehr hochwertig und modern und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Wir empfehlen die Villa für einen perfekten Urlaub. 👍🏻 Die nächsten Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in der wunderschönen Stadt Labin, ca 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Check In und Check Out waren freundlich und unkompliziert. Zur Begrüßung gab es ein kleines Gastgeschenk und wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, mit einer kleinen Einführung in alle Annehmlichkeiten der Villa. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
