This traditional stone villa is located in a quiet environment away from the populated area. The villa is located on a spacious plot that offers you peace and quiet to spend an unforgettable vacation with enchanting sea views. In front of the villa you will find a wonderful pool where you can refresh yourself on hot summer days while enjoying breathtaking views of the amazing landscape and the sea. Outside there is a covered terrace with dining table and barbecue.

There are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor of the villa. One room has access to the terrace with pool, and the other room gives you access to a beautiful garden. On the second floor you will find a wonderful living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful dining room as well as a toilet. On the second floor there are two more cozy bedrooms with their own elegantly furnished bathrooms.

Villa Azzurro is located in a small village Stanisovi near the town of Labin in a peaceful environment surrounded by nature. Only 5 km from the villa is the nearest beach in Koromacno, but along the Istrian coast you will find numerous other beautiful beaches. Istria offers many hiking and cycling trails. Go on a short excursion and explore the hidden beauties of this area. Istria is known for its delicacies such as truffles, olive oil and various fish specialties. Visit local restaurants and taverns where you can enjoy the wide gastronomic offer of Istria. Visit the town of Labin and feel the genuine Istrian atmosphere. If you head to the other side of the peninsula, we recommend visiting the towns of Zminj, Vodnjan or Fazana. Don't miss a tour of the historic town of Pula. Visit the famous Roman amphitheater in Pula, as well as other important sights. We definitely recommend a trip to the Ucka Nature Park or the Brijuni National Park.
