"Simply Outstanding. Don't go by the over- or under-photoshopped pics. The place is extremely comfortable, well-sized, with a plush bathroom, all imaginable amenities, the nicest kitchen we have seen, and amazing views. Please don't forget to gaze at the stars at night. We stayed in the Learach room. Since this is the located the "lowest" of all cabins, it gets the least amount of afternoon / evening sun and limited views of the water from outside, but we didn't mind. "

"Estaba bien equipada con mobiliario de calidad. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario, aunque quizás eche de menos unas servilletas, sal y alguna bolsa de basura porque solo había la que estaba puesta. "Very comfortable house in a wonderful location, with spectacular views. The house is large, comfortable and very nicely furnished. Kitchen is large and well equipped. House is in a quiet location but with easy access to shops, walks and local sites. The views from most rooms are spectacular and change throughout the day, depending on the weather. The owner is easy to communicate with. Will definitely return."

"Ein sehr schönes geräumiges Haus. Super ausgestattet, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schöner kleiner Ort. Hundebesitzer bitte achtet drauf, eure Hunde an der Leine zu halten. Haben es live erlebt wie ein freilaufender Hund hinter einem Schaf aus der Herde her ist und es ins Wasser getrieben hat. Es ging für das Schaf leider nicht gut aus. Die Schafbesitzer dürfen in solchen Fällen auf Hunde schießen, bitte beachtet das!!! "

"This was our best stay on our whole trip to Scotland. While, it was a little off the beaten path, it provided a quiet, cosy oasis after we had been staying in towns in lodges without parking for our car. Achmore had ample parking on site.
