BEST STAY !

We had an amazing stay !The host herself tended to every need so easily without hesitation . The accomodation is in pristine condition , the pool was definitely a hit with the family especially the kids, the location was nice and private & the place in general is so well maintained and well kept , we would definitely stay again a hundred times over if we could . This place was amazing Highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

Lovely Stay in Rarotonga

We had a great stay at this property. It was very convenient for us with the 3 kids. The pool was great, it was cleaned daily, and the hosts were great communication. The house was clean, and in the context of Rarotonga was well resourced. We were initially alarmed at the dogs and chickens around the place when we checked in, as it’s the first time we have been here and with a 2am arrival, but you soon learn that’s the Rarotonga way and life and it was not a bother. We also had a hire car which I think is probably necessary at this location, but we also had three kids to lug around. We loved the sugar cane spot down the road, and I think the nearby beach is great.We travelled with a 3 kid family, I’d give the following pointers. Would be great to have a clothes horse maybe to dry clothes as we had a bit of rain on our stay, and fix the hole in the mosquito screen at the entry. Other than that, we really loved our stay and would fully recommend this place and these hosts. Thanks!!!!

Good place for a family of 6

As listed this was a good place for our family with 4 kids (15,12,7,4). Some minor improvements would make it 5 stars. No toilet paper on arrival, couldn't locate pool pump to clean it, blunt knives, and a user manual for the home is always helpful.All in all this is a good home and I'd happily recommend it to others. Congrats Vaiana on your home, we wish you all the very best

Clean & Tidy

We had a great week in Rarotonga. The house was clean and tidy and the kids enjoyed the pool. It was a little hard to find when we arrived so some signage might be useful for others in future.

Relaxing in Raro

We had a wonderful time in a lovely setting surrounded by trees and nature. Our own pool to relax in and only a few minutes from golf and beaches. We were greeted and made welcome with the offer of “if you want anything just ask”. We’d come back for certain!

We enjoyed our short stay here. It was breezy and relaxed. The big deck, bbq and reasonably well equipped kitchen was great for when we had other family over for dinner. Easily walkable to the beach (10min), Double-Brown store, and the main road for the bus. Use TransportMe app for tracking buses. I didn't get an email address or phone number for the host (Vaiana) but you can use the Stayz app (or Vrbo website chat) to communicate. This house is good value for money and I would stay here again.

Amazing 2nd home

We stayed here for 3 months while on an extended stay in Raro. It was absolute perfect for what we needed and the pool especially, was amazing! Being here so long, a few things cropped up over time, Vaiana and Bella were always responsive and resolved any thing we needed as soon as possible. We loved Sadie and Missy and would have taken them home if we could, we miss them desperately and hope all future guests love them like we do! The location is great - close to town and the beach, and Super Browns, Oasis etc. close by to pop into. We loved hearing the planes coming in and it made it easy to pick up visitors as we knew when they'd landed :) We love our 2nd home and would recommend to all.

Our Haven in Nikao

This place is private and quiet. It is sheltered and has a big outdoor area and clean pool. When we needed anything Vaiana had Bella from next door organise and bring us things we needed. Vaiana was quick to respond and all provided us with the necessary items. We were happy here and would return

Amazing holiday

Blue Estate

Kia Orana, Enjoyed our time in Rarotonga there was a little hiccup with our stay few days out as there was a problem with the pool so we was put up in the Blue Estate by Vianna and her Sis which we didn’t mind and was algoods we was there to enjoy and was looking forward to going for a getaway. Recommended by us next time we have to stay in Nikao☺️ Tupapa Heights was a fabulous view☺️

Family get away in the tropics

Beautiful equipped home, perfect size to comfortably sleep 4 Adults n 2 teenagers. Friendly dogs that kept the girls busy when not on their gadgets and the communication with the hosts was great. Highly recommend this Beautiful home to all.

Perfect location

We loved this house. Perfect location. A beautiful hide away sanctuary. The house had all the appliances so easy to make meals. We only had 4 people but it could comfortably do 6 people. Loved the very friendly cat and dogs . The outdoor space is wonderful to spend time in. Thanks so much

Beautiful Stay!

Vaiana’s pool house is a lovely place to stay! The space is beautiful inside and out. Daily visits from a cat was an added bonus. The location is great. Close to the airport and only a 10 minute walk to the main road to catch the bus or walk along the beach. Highly recommend this stay :)

Disappointed

This house looks lovely and I was looking forward to sharing time there with friends for a celebration. Unfortunately, while I booked this house, we did not get to stay in it. A few days before we were due to arrive, I was told that we were being moved to a different house, because there were some tiles lifting in the booked house. The alternative house was not of a good standard generally, and didn't seem well looked after, things were rusty, cupboards smelt mouldy and there were wasps in the roof that attacked us when we used the pool. There were issues with the hot water and electricity. We had cold showers and used a toothbrush to turn lights on to avoid shocking ourselves. They did try to address the water issues, but this was not fixed while we were there. The hosts response to this was that our booking could have been cancelled by her instead, which is clearly not a good solution. I would have preferred to stay in a house with tiles lifting in one room, than all of the issues listed above. While other reviews are positive, this was a disappointing and negative experience for my friends and I, and I won't be booking with this host in future.

Awesome accomodation

Such a Beautiful home, felt right at home here, very private and quiet, the swimming pool was beautiful too and we loved the black cat that visited everyday and hung out with us. Would definitely stay again when we come back
