This place was good value and had everything we needed. We stayed for nine nights. There was a generous amount of tea bags, plus milk in the fridge on arrival. Plenty of spare linen. We really appreciated the location as we love snorkelling. Wigmore’s supermarket is walking distance. Opposite Wigmore’s is a cafe. We did have a few pesky mosquitos come inside when we had the doors open, but there was fly spray in the cupboard. There are screens on all the windows allowing them to be fully open at night. Being able to do a load of washing was a bonus and they provide some washing detergent. The ceiling fan was fabulous and in October that was all we needed. We didn’t need air con. Having free wifi was an absolute bonus. We were able to keep in touch with family but didn’t have to roam our phones. Special thanks to Eddie as communication with him was excellent both before we arrived and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Thanks Eddie. We will be back.

Property is unassuming from street. Very clean. Offers a low key, relaxed space. All amenities there including a laundry, but no TV and ironing board. Wi-Fi is an extra. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Thank you EddieC and the lovely ladies who do a great job caring for your property.

Bitter sweet

It was a good location, just a short walk to a nice beach. Good shower pressure and lots of hot water. There was milk and water in the fridge on arrival. The place was clean, just very hot.Although rates were reasonable, there were some issues. If you're not bothered by lots of noise from all day and night road traffic, roosters crowing day and night, and dogs barking this is the place for you. Unfortunately there was no air-conditioning, just fans which was inadequate for the heat. There was no tv - even though advertised as having one, and suggested us to bring a memory stick due to local tv being limited. The bed definitely needs replacing. The phone was disconnected, even though advertised that there was a phone, and number was provided for the phone at the property. There was very limited cupboard space.

Nice accommodation right across the road from the lagoon

The studio was on the south of the island- basic but clean accommodation. The location was ideal for snorkelling in the lagoon which was just across the road. Laid back and chilled vibe to Rarotonga which we loved

Love this place. Catered for all my needs. House was easy access into the studio, clean .

Love my stay. I enjoyed making new friends near by So close tō Wigmore Super market, caf'e and local diary. Great eatery resort eg Palm Beach etc. Near bus stop. Clean and tidy. Loads of linen, towels and tioletery stuff. Plus it is near the beach. Beautiful views. We stay āt this place again.

We were happy, it had most of the things we needed and we loved the location aside from the grill we were hoping to use. All in all close to some of the best snorkeling we found. Close to groceries and a few nice eateries.

Neat little spot

This property was tidy and had everything we needed. Beautiful beach right across the road, easy access. Nice BBQ and nice little entertaining deck. We appreciated the fans. Would definitely recommend this studio. Great value for the money.

My partner and I had the most magical time. The studios were well catered to and looked after. We had everything we needed and more! It was a little noisy from traffic and roosters but not so bad! Neighbours were lovely! Although I wouldn’t recommend hanging ya clothes on the line to dry! We had a few things missing. However, we had an amazing stay and loved it!

Good value for money. Good spot on island. Road noise the only detraction.

Excellent communication with Eddie leading up to stay & his coordination with Henry meant our transition from airport to unit was seamless (even at 2:00 in the morning!). The unit was like a 70s kiwi bach by the sea (fraying formica bench & shower included), It was no frills but clean, self contained for cooking, tidy & quite well equipped (even beach towels & spare reef shoes & snorkels). Kitchen bench space was challenging but we managed. Bed comfortable & once we mastered the hot water controls the shower was good. Supermarket was close enough to be convenient. Coming from a quiet neighbourhood we were aware that road noise may be an issue for us. I had had enough by the end of our 9 day stay as it did detract from the idyllic quiet bach-by-the-sea image. However my wife, surprisingly, was unfazed by the noise as she appreciated the good points of the unit & its situation - we were only over the road & 30m from the beach (& good swimming & snorkelling) which was nice. A trench in the lagoon just 300m away, despite "no swimming" warning signs, provided good viewing of turtles for commercial guided tours & for the intrepid snorkelers (at low tide only!). Early on I accepted & got used to the road noise (it drowned out conversation at its busiest) & just relaxed on the deck & enjoyed the opportunity to watch the everyday activities of island life go by (the pulse of the island). We hailed the bus at our gate & even enjoyed a little bet between ourselves as we guessed when it would arrived (quite regularly as it turned out soon after the "expected" time - except on busy days when the drivers seemed to go out of their way to accommodate all passenger requests!). Overall our accommodation was what we had wanted (basic but clean so for us there was more money to spend on activities, etc), it was accurately described on the website, met & slightly exceeded our expectations, was situated in a convenient part of the island (not the busy-ness & bustle of Muri but still close by) & was good value for money. The only trade-off was the traffic noise. If less noise is required, pay (much?) more for a sea-side unit.

Very nice place on an amazing island

The appartement has everything you need: kitchen good equipped (frigge, freezer, microwave...), lots of towels in the bathroom, iron, hairdryer and a very comfortable bed...everything you need. The room is next to the main street and if you have problems with noise it is maybe to loud for you to fall asleep. But the beach is just across the road and one of the most beautiful areas around the island to enjoy the beautiful warm lagoon. Supermarket is close by. I missed some hooks in the appartement to hung up the towels in the bathroom and the kitchen. Communication was quick and uncomplicated. In a I can just reccomend for this prize!
