This property exceeded our expectations! Everything was just as the listing promised. It was super clean and fully stocked-plenty of towels and extra sheets and blankets, the kitchen had absolutely everything we could have needed. There was plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable. The host responded very quickly to our questions prior to arrival and the check in was easy. The location was easy to find and has easy access to downtown fun and to the attractions that, of course, we were there for. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely book it again.

This was perfect for our stay. So close to the hospital, it was so awesome to be able to walk back and forth. The caretaker was so sweet, she made sure that we had what we needed. We would recommend this house especially if you have someone in the hospital for more than overnight.

There were a couple of lightbulbs burned out but overall, it was a very nice and cozy place. My sister-in-law is thinking she will book it for her next stay in Rapid City.

Smell of mold overwhelming downstairs so unable to use the downstairs. Floors so noisy throughout the upstairs it would wake up everyone if someone walked around or used the bathroom. But otherwise good central location and neighborhood quiet.

This house worked good for our family of 6. Plenty of space for all of us. Just be aware that the entire upstairs is hardwood flooring and in the bedrooms by the doors the floor is pretty squeaky. It is an older home, but definitely has modern amenities and furniture. The house was well stocked with all the essentials and even has extras that most rentals do not. We enjoyed our stay!

The area isn’t great. The houses in the area have trash all over. There was hair all over the house. Very nice owner and responsive. Wanted to like it more.

Great location for family Black Hills trip

This property suited our family of 6 very well and was reasonably priced. It was centrally located to all the parks and attractions we planned to visit in and around Rapid City/the Black Hills.
