Nicely decorated 2+ BR home in quiet neighborhood

  • Newly furnished home is tastefully decorated. Great base camp for visiting the Black Hills or Monument Health. Quiet neighborhood with restaurants and stores nearby, 1 mile south of downtown Rapid City. Includes laundry in basement, front porch, back deck with grill. Since it is new, I don't have alot of reviews, but all my properties average 4.85.

Nice house in a very quiet neighborhood. Had everything we needed for our family to be comfortable and relax while visiting the area. (Mt. Rushmore, Custer SP, the president statues downtown). Convenient location to restaurants, grocery stores, the interstate and all the nearby attractions.

Not a lot of pots and pans for cooking. But we made it work. Comfortable bed. Plenty of towels.

We had a great experience at this rental. It’s central to all the parks and monuments in the area and is in a quiet neighborhood. The air conditioning went out one day while it was 104 outside, but the owner was there trying to fix it at 10:00 at night when we got home from a day in the parks and messaged him. It eventually was not able to be fixed that night, and he came back the next morning and put 2 window air units in that cooled the house effectively until he could get an HVAC company out to fix the central air. If we’re in the area again, we will definitely look to rent here again.

Humble and neat

This was a nuce place for us to use as a central location for exploring the surrounding attractions. It served our needs very well and were very happy with our stay.

Excellent stay

The home was perfect for our trip. We used it as home base to make day trips around the area. Just what we wanted and would definitely recommend this place.

Great Place to Stay!

This precious home is clean and quiet. It is located close to all area attractions and 20 minutes from the airport. We really enjoyed our time here!

This stay was great. The house was within a very reasonable price for the amount of days we had stayed. The house was clean, and organized. The rooms were perfect size, and included all bedding accessories. There is a pull out couch in the living room. There are several closets throughout the house, a dishwasher in the kitchen, and a washer and dryer in the basement. There are plates, cups, silverware, bowls, pots, pans, and some other kitchen necessities there, as well. There is a TV with Netflix and more. I love how the house is located in a cozy, non-creepy, part of town and there are alot of fun things within a short distance from the house. I think the only downfall of the house was the water heater: it is small, and we had to shower in shifts because after 2 people showering the water ran cold. Dan was a great host. I definitely recommend looking into this property for a stay!

Lovely place

A short drive to crazy horse and Mount Rushmore! Also a McDonald’s is 3 blocks away very convenient for us because we had little ones, it’s was a very lovely place had everything you need for a stay and it’s very clean

Great place

The house was very clean and well appointed. The neighborhood is super convenient to all attractions in the Black Hills and to downtown Rapid City. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property for this area.

Convenient Location

The house was small, but very convenient to all the attractions in the Black Hills area and downtown Rapid City. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay here.

Made for a great short vacation in SD

This was a perfect place to stay to visit the parks and sites in S. Dakota. Near the house was a grocery in walking distance, and restaurants nearby. It worked perfectly for my friend and me.

Perfect, simple place

Came out to hunt and fish and needed a place to call home for the long weekend. The house was exactly what we needed. Good location and amenities. Would highly recommend this house!
