Perfectly positioned along the crystal-clear Torch River, this thoughtfully designed home blends upscale comfort with effortless access to one of Michigan’s most beautiful waterways.

Inside, modern design meets cozy elegance. The primary suite features a plush king bed and a private ensuite bathroom complete with a spa-inspired rain shower — the perfect place to unwind after a day on the water. A second bedroom offers two queen beds and upstairs, the 3rd bedroom with 1 queen and 2 twins, ideal for families or groups. With two full bathrooms, everyone can enjoy space and convenience.

Step outside to experience the true highlight — waterfront living at its best. Relax on the patio, gather around the firepit under the stars, or launch your day from the private dock.
