You only share one wall, the views open up behind the home, and everything inside was refreshed for 2025. It’s the perfect mix of quiet privacy and convenient in-town location.
Whether you`re here for hiking, work, a long stay, or just a weekend reset, this cozy, modern space makes it easy.
This modern end-unit townhome gives you the privacy of a standalone space with the convenience of a small four-home building. You’re tucked at the very end of the row, so you only share one wall and get a quieter, more private stay.
Step inside using your unique, never-before-used door code and walk into a bright open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The furniture and furnishings are brand new as of October 2025. It’s spacious, comfortable, and set up for easy living.
Head upstairs when it’s time to unwind. You’ll find two generously sized bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus a full bathroom right at the top of the stairs. Each room has individually controlled electric heat so everyone can sleep exactly the way they like.
Layout & Amenities
Living Room: Sofa and comfortable seating for relaxing or streaming your favorite shows.
Dining Area: Table with seating for four.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with a dishwasher, full-size fridge, electric stove, microwave, cookware, utensils — everything you need.
Laundry: Washer and dryer with provided detergents.
Upstairs Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Queen bed, wall A/C, closet with hangers. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet with hangers.
You will have the entire space all to yourself and one dedicated parking space
We’re available to help from 7 AM to 10 PM every day via call, text, or message. After hours, we switch to emergency-only mode, phone calls only, please. And fair warning: I’m a heavy sleeper, so you might need to call twice to wake me up! 😴📞 House Rules
As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while leaving it nice and clean for the next guests.
IMPORTANT: No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property as secondhand smoke can cause an asthma attack for the owner. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc Should this rule be violated, the guest will be liable for a minimum $250 charge.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.
General Damages Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.
Fire Prevention and Safety Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners and portable device chargers.
This house is NOT PET FRIENDLY.
Other The space you are booking is good for 4 people. No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting the stay. If guests are found to have had a party without the host`s permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
