"Kitchen fully equipped. Would suggest written instruction (step by step ) for the convection stove top. Took us awhile to understand how to use it. (older boomers who never had convection oven/stove topOtherwise great kitchen experience. House new and extremely clean. Great location"

"The host did not respond to messages before we checked in. At check-in the backdoor to the house was unlocked and opened. When we got into the house, there was rotten and expired food in the fridge, stuff all over the counters, dirty dishes in the sink and dishwasher, dirty laundry in the washer and on top, and there was no heat. There were space heaters placed throughout the house, which was a total safety liability. We reached out to the host with our concerns and we never got a response. I...
