Hi Sarah it would have been nice if you had approached us about what your issues are... the unit you stayed in was renovated recently with new a heat pump, vinyl, carpets and curtains.

Sorry but unfortunately as you booked so late in the day all our Aframe cabins were full. I put you in the tiny home on wheels and this had just been completely renovated with new paint, curtains, carpet and a new deck.We suggest you book a self contained unit if you are not comfortable with walking to the Amenities Block toilets.

I have checked with staff and it appears you were using all 3 washing machines.. over full .. if you overload the dryers they will not dry.. they are near new but are on a timer for 50 minutes. Sorry you were using the shower block at a busy time when people are using the basins.I suggest you pay more for one of our self contained units which have separate hot water systems...

Hi it was not the hostess nor any employee of the camp who took your laundry out of the drier as all our sheets are provided by Alsco Laundries. We do not wash or dry sheets on the premises. It seems from your comments that you had a discussion with another tourist...

Hi Edward the unit you stayed in is due to be renovated next and it is priced accordingly. We had just finished upgrading the hot water system and I apologised for the air lock. It was easy to fix and didn't cause any problems after I visited your unit. There is no mould in the corners near the double bed, or anywhere else in the unit.I am disappointed you didn't mention the good points of the unit for which you paid 65 per night for - the Sky TV, the heat pump/air conditioner, a fully self contained unit with its own bathroom. Plus the access to the swimming pool etc.

You came in late, 'forgot' to pay the next day even though a message was left on your phone and it was not until I caught up with you when leaving that you paid. You wanted me to refund a non existant deposit you said you made. I have checked the pool, it is fine and your children appeared to enjoy it very much.

I am sorry about this - we had that unit rented out to a social housing family for a long time. The tenant was made to clean the unit three times before she could get her bond back and we didn't realise there was mice in there. We would like to offer you a free nights stay at the park in the future.
