ATV Access: This home does have direct ATV trail access. Please do not ride any off road vehicle from a property that does not have direct trail access. If when renting at one of our homes with trail access, please ride to and from the trail access only. Do not ride around the property or up and down roads. We want our guests to be good neighbors and enjoy the area without disrupting others, so please help with this so everyone can enjoy their time here in Rangeley.

Downtown Gem
The location was perfect for us. We have friends in the area and were able to comfortably spend the day at the mountain and walk between houses, downtown, and Moose Alley for bowling and live music. The unit was clean and comfortable, just as depicted online. Great walkable location and comfortable home-away-from-home.

Phenomenal location!
I booked this for our nieces on Snodeo weekend. The home is comfortable and lovely, and the location is perfect for anyone who wants to be walking distance to all of the incredible downtown restaurants, theater, shops, ice skating, and horse-drawn carriage rides. Thank you for the perfect long weekend getaway home for our family.

Perfect for us
Beautiful old house recently updated.it was warm & spacious, we had everything we needed for a long weekend of skiing with the kids. Due to big storm the mountain closed on Saturday of our stay. There were many board games for us & cookware to eat in. Nice linens & towels. 4 stars for beds that were creeky & could use updating

Lovely in- town home
Our 3 generation family stayed at this well- equipped in-town location in Rangeley. We cooked dinners at the home since we had little ones and family dinners more relaxing at home. Everyone had their space, the bathrooms were clean and generously sized. We skied at Saddleback during the day and played board games from the house stock at night.
Morten and Furbish are super responsive and their rentals very reliable. Pictures correctly represent the rooms.

House is a tastefully renovated village colonial. Very spacious and comfortable. Location in town is just wonderful. Walk to restaurants. The upstairs king beds are world class. Beautifully appointed and sleeping like a baby.

Cute historic home with lots of charm. Linens fresh and clean.
Walking distance to food, drinks and shops.
Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay!
Only down side, several businesses closed for spring break, which was a bummer.
If you travel in April , check the dates so you can avoid closures.

Great location
We wanted to have some family time after the holidays. This was in a great location, we could walk to town (never moved our vehicle all weekend). We walked the dogs to Haley Pond for some play time! The property fit all of our needs!

Great house!
Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens) just spent 3 nights here. The house exceeded our expectations! There was plenty of space for all of us… no one was on top of each other. Couches, chairs and beds all extremely comfortable. We loved the big down comforters! The little things (condiments,spices, coffee and filters, games, laundry detergent) all added to the ease of staying here. Of note, the stairs are steep to go to the bedrooms on the second floor. Not a big deal for us but if you have trouble climbing stairs it's good to know. The location was ideal… 8 miles to saddleback and walking distance to everyplace in town. Thanks for making our winter ski trip so great!

Month of July in Rangeley Maine @ 5 Pleasant St
Morton and Furbish has again made our vacation in Rangeley Maine another great vacation. 5 Pleasant St rental for the month of July 2021 was great. Everything we needed was there. I / we have been vacationing in Rangeley Maine for 30 years now. All seasons and enjoyed all that's there to do.
Can't say enough about Morton and Furbish assistance with our vacation time in Rangeley Maine. Hiking, snowmobiles, biking, shooting clay targets, fishing, hunting and skiing.

Weekend stay accompanied by our adult children. Perfect location, easy access to snowmobile trails. Walk to stores & restaurants. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean, older house.

Great property
Loved this property, walking distance to resturants and stores in town, lake is across the street. We snowmobiled from the property by crossing the road to the lake. The house had a great area for all of our gear and was very clean. We also appricted that the property was pet friendly.

great location / updated home
Great location in downtown Rangeley. We loved seeing the town Christmas lights and watching the snow fall through the many windows. The kitchen is updated and has everything you need. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 to relax after long days skiing and snowboarding. We enjoyed playing Scrabble other games that the owners provided. It is a 15 minute drive to Saddleback and 40 minute drive to Sugarloaf. We also really appreciated the large mudroom to organize all of our winter gear.
