"Everything was just perfect. The house is new, very beautiful and super clean. Comfy beds, big bathroom, fully equipped kitchen... Judith, the hostess, is very nice and helpful, true representative of icelandic population. We also rented the car, which is well maintained and worked perfectly for us. The location is great to visit the south of Iceland: Golden Circle, Landmannalaugar, Reykjadalur Hot Spring Thermal River and even Skógafoss. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit...

"Brilliant property. Peaceful and isolated but just 4 mins drive to Selfoss where everything you need can be found. Loved the hot tub and that you fill it with geothermal water every time you need it. Very spacious and superbly equipped. We just loved every aspect of this property and would absolutely stay again if we come back to amazing Iceland. "

"While not the flashiest or most "Instagramable" stay of our trip, it was my favorite. Felt really homey, so close to the sweet sheep, very spacious, and the hot tub was incredible. Highly recommend!"

"This unique building has very high quality furniture, bedding, and towels. Even robes are provided. The hot tub in the back yard is a highlight. Lots of windows let in the epic Icelandic landscape. When the wind pics up you feel cozy and comfortable with every convenience. There is a full sized washer AND dryer (great for families). The gas station is a 10 minute walk away and has all the basic groceries you need along with a small diner. If you are in the area, this is a great place to stay. "

"Lovely rental- very clean and comfortable. The ocean is indeed right there, but there is a berm that reduces the view. We did not anticipate travel time to get to breakfast places- but there are some lovely dinner restaurants within walking distance. Thank you for this lovely stay."
