"The property was clean well cared, there's a full kitchen available on site, and 3 bedrooms each with their own key. The price made a good option on budget as I wasn't going to be doing much in Manhattan so just really needed a place for spending the night till my next flight. An uber from the airport was $13 which was nice. From the property, I was able to get to Manhattan and back in about 50 mins by taking the bus 107 which was about 8 blocks away and a few dollars, so it was very convenient....

"This is an especially nice grownup hostel/guesthouse, some shared bathrooms, big well-equipped kitchen & common work/relaxation spaces. Neighborhood is great. During the bad June heat wave the bedroom AC was quiet and effective (unusual combo). No staff onsite or callable, which can be frustrating: I made one mistake on my reservation dates, called immediately to try to correct it, got no response, and was eventually told that because I had declined to pay for the refundable option, they would...
