Nos gustó la propiedad; muy buena localización. El dueño hizo hasta lo imposible para ayudarnos en todo. Es una persona que si sabes tratarlo bien, él te va a responder de igual manera. Mejor no se pudo portar con nuestro grupo. La persona encargada del desayuno, que entiendo es su esposa, es un excelente ser humano!!! Muy amable, educada, dada a ayudar, en fin, excelente. Me encantó nuestra estadía!!!

Pequeño hotel que cuida a sus clientes
Pasamos solo un día pero fue increíble, llegamos tarde y aunque por horario el restaurante debería estar abierto no fue así, preguntamos en recepción donde poder comer pero no había nada abierto (horario europeo en un lugar que no tenía mucho turismo en ese momento) la recepcionista se ofreció a hacernos unos sándwiches. El desayuno muy bueno.

Calidad del servicio: PÉSIMA - Un hotel que cierra a las 19:00 horas no interesa a nadie y menos en invierno que muchas carreteras nacionales las cierran -por increíble que parezca- resultando imposible llegar a tiempo. Nosotros, pasadas las 19:00 horas llamamos, pero ya no había nadie y ellos ni se molestaron en averiguar qué nos pasaba.Eso sí, el cargo te lo pasan automáticamente una vez que haces la reserva.

The reception is open till the 19.30, later we are in the restaurant. Remember that you have booked a room in a hotel-restaurant where you can enjoy food and drink. About easy to remember to call and to inform about late check-in else self-check-in. Maurizio

COMO ME FUSTARIA VOLVER
hemos pasado con mi esposa por la agradable sensación de estar muy cerca del "paraíso. Hemos sido atendidos con la cordialidad muy superior a cualquier otro lugar De los muchos que hemos recorrido. Desde la señora Elena al Sr. Mauricio no sabían como preocuparse más para solucionar un pequeño problemita de salud (para nosotros gripe) que se comprometía con nuestro desconocimiento del idioma. Pero para todo tuvieron solución. ASÍ QUE REPITO COMO ME GUSTARÍA VOLVER!!!!

sehr zu empfehlen
Sehr freundliches Personal. Der Chef kocht und die Cheffin schmeißt den Service, sowohl bei dem Frühstück wie auch das Restaurant.Lage hervorragend, sehr ruhig, schöner Ausblick, großer Balkon. Zimmer sehr sauber und ordentlich. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Espresso 1. Klasse. Service sehr gut. Der Hammer aber ist die Halbpension. Feinste italienische Küche. Der Koch ist eine Wucht. Unsere 4 Abendessen sind mit "sehr gut" zu bewerten. Also in Summe: Hier kann man sich wohlfühlen, sehr empfehlenswert.

Felt Like Home
A fun family owned and operated property where you are treated like family. Breakfast is basic and straightforward however the dinners are home cooked by the owners and are excellent. No menu but different every night. Ten minute walk to Randa train station.

Ce couple, maman et fille sont un exemple de clients incorrects. Ils ont réservé une chambre double economy sans petit-déjeuner, dîner, taxes de tourisme et parking. Ils sont arrivés à l'hôtel avec un gros chien, des paniers de pique-nique et du matériel de camping, une voiture et plus encore. Malgré la patience de notre réceptionniste, nous avons été obligés d'informer la police pour induire la couple a le respect le respect de reglements. La réception et les parties communes de l'hôtel sont surveillées par des caméras vidéo. Les clients corrects et polis sont toujours les bienvenus. Matterhorn Golf Hotel.

*décision de dernière minute d'aller voir le Cervin avec une météo annoncée au grand beau pour le lendemain. Hotel trouvé à la dernière minute donc juste pour y passer une nuit. La localisation sur Internet n’était pas précise et j'ai angoissé quand je ne trouvais pas l’hôtel à l'endroit indiqué par mon smart phone. De plus le téléphone de l’hôtel ne marchait pas à et coupait après deux sonneries. Mais hôtel confortable et avec un tres bon rapport qualité prix dans ces conditions

A GREAT inexpensive way to enjoy this overpriced area. Staff awesome in recommending the taxi to Zermatt. The dinner was pricey, but ohhhhhh so good, and we were compelled to photograph each course! Family run, the owners were excellent cooks and entertainers.

Great place, amazing hosts!
We stayed one night on our way to Zermatt, and it was a great stay. The owners (Maurizio and Malena) are real gentlemen, warm and ready to help. We arrived late, and Maurizio prepared for us anyway a five star dinner that he brought to our room! Really unique. The room was clean and comfortable. So, overall, great. A couple of things: food is not cheap (but hey, it is Switzerland! And it was real chef cuisine!), and the parking (if you leave your car there), is not free, but still cheaper than other options.

The hosts of the hotel were very friendly and although booking through Expedia and Reseller was filled with problems/errors on the platform’s side, host were nice enough to explain and clear up everything. Breakfast and stay at the hotel was great for two nights. A 800m walk to Randa station. Hotel does provide taxi shuttle to zermatt. May stay again but will not book through expedia.

Lovely little hotel 3km away from the Täsch train terminal to Zermatt. Beautiful location down in the valley with an awesome view to wake up to. Check in was easy even though we arrived after the front desk had closed. Would recommend to anyone looking to make their way up to Zermatt/the Matterhorn.

We had a great stay at the Matterhorn Golf Hotel - the location is great for visiting the hot spots in the area, the room was comfortable, and the host was helpful and welcoming (and spoke english).

You've got what you you've paid! Why you made a booking just for a bed room, economy, without private Wifi, breakfast, dinner, shuttle service and more, when you was searching for comforts and services. Next time like to book a good quality room with all services that you need! Why do travelers write bad reviews? - When are full of interior problems; - When do not have enough money to enjoy the holidays; - When travelling in expensive countries without any cognition where they are; All of these issues raise the stress level and the hotel cannot help you when you are not a cooperative and friendly guest. We provide our best service and the best possible price and we like to be as friends with our guests, but of course we need money to pay our bills, the banks, the taxes and our staff. Errors are possible but we are here to arrange the right solutions! Thanks a lot MGH

You've got what you you've paid! Why you made a booking just for a bed room, economy, without private Wifi, breakfast, dinner, shuttle service and more, when you was searching for comforts and services. Next time like to book a good quality room with all services that you need!

Dissapointing over priced hotel
We booked a night at this hotel, and were quite dissapointed with place and service. We were welcomed by the hotel owner which does not show the best service and attitude to his guests. At first he didnt seem okay with us bringing a dog, even though the travel app said this was allowed, and at next he wasnt satisfied that we didnt book parking for our car in advance. the parking costs 5 Francs pr day. The room seemed old and in the rooms there was a note saying that if you left too much trash in the room, you had to pay a fee on 50 franc! This was quite unbelievable. Furthermore, you had to pay for wifi. the food in the restaurant was super expensive, but you werent allowed to eat in your hotel rooms. All in all a very strange stay with too many extra costs.

You have booked a double economy room without, breakfast, parking, dinner, private wifi, where the dog is not allowed. The Matterhorn parking is the cheapest. About the pick-nick set it is not allowed in the room, it have to be clear. We provide our best service and the best possible price and we like to be as friends with our guests, but of course we need money to pay our bills, the banks, the taxes and our staff. Nah am Pfad zur Haengebruecke, 8 min vom Bahnhof Zimmer Dusche hat moderne Zusatz Horizontal Wasser Speier sonst nur in teuren Hotels, Zimmer sind ruhig + mit DVD. Auto-checkin ist offeriert bei Abwesenheit, aber normales check-in funktioniert am besten.

Room was a good price but lots of hidden fees. Comfortable though. WiFi doesn't work unless you pay extra for it. Parking is not free. Dinner was cold and overpriced. Made the mistake of reviewing the property before we checked out. Rather than try to make things right I was insulted by the owner who just tried to justify the problems. Would not stay there again. Would rather pay more and have a better experience with less hidden fees somewhere else.

You've got what you you've paid! Why you made a booking just for a bed room, economy, without private Wifi, breakfast, dinner, shuttle service and more, when you was searching for comforts and services. Next time like to book a good quality room with all services that you need! Why do travelers write bad reviews? - When are full of interior problems; - When do not have enough money to enjoy the holidays; - When travelling in expensive countries without any cognition where they are; All of these issues raise the stress level and the hotel cannot help you when you are not a cooperative and friendly guest. We provide our best service and the best possible price and we like to be as friends with our guests, but of course we need money to pay our bills, the banks, the taxes and our staff. Wer z.B für eine Bergtour nach Zermatt will, hat hier eine praktisches Hotel, gutes Frühstück und ist in 20‘ in Zermatt.
