What an amazing place to spend a couple of summer weeks! A well-equipped villa with a wonderful open-plan living area, big garden, large pool and a view that takes your breath away. We could easily walk downhill to the village but be prepared for an uphill return. Communication with the owner was excellent and all questions were answered promptly and fully. Even at the busiest time of year, the area around Ranco is not overcrowded, with plenty to do and easy boat access to the busier areas of the lake for those who want it. We will be back!

Traumvilla
Was soll ich sagen. Die Bilder des Anwesens sind schon beeindruckend. In Natura bestätigt sich Alles. Die Wohnung so großzügig. Das Grundstück mit ganz vielen Bäumen und Sträuchern. Der Pool so gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren zu acht (61 bis 2 Jahre). Und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Highlight für mich ist die riesige Schiebetür im Wohnzimmer, die geöffnet, die Natur in den Raum holt. Der Kontakt mit Sebastiano war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Ganz klar 10 von 10 Punkten.

Fantastic Villa with a world class view
We were a group of 10 consisting of 6 adults and 4 teenagers.
Overall the villa is fantastic. The view over the lake is about as good as it gets. The grounds are spacious and the pool is pretty big and could accommodate all of us. We never felt on top of one another.
Inside it’s spacious and over three floors with three spacious bedrooms on the first floor., a single on the ground floor and a double on the lower ground.
The kitchen is very well equipped and we wanted for nothing.
Communication with the owners was first class and they were really helpful.
The town of Ranco is very small but there are three restaurants within walking distance, a great bar on the lake, a brilliant deli and a pharmacy. You can also get the ferry to other parts of the lake.
The only minor niggle is the water pressure which can be a little weak if two people are having a shower at the same time… but it really was no big deal for us.
All in all a great villa and would have no hesitation to recommend or stay again.

Top family holiday resort!
Everything is as good as in the deskription and the reviews! Everything is clean and new. Fantastic view from both the house and the very big garden.
We were 4 children aged 2, 3, 4 and 5 and 6 adults and we all had a perfect vacation. The is space for all - including privacy. The pool is perfect! Very convenient with bars, restaurants and a supermarket in the area.

Fantastique
Notre séjour a été formidable ! La villa est juste incroyable, encore mieux qu’en photo ! La vue est à couper le souffle ! La maison est très bien équipé, très propre, tout y est pour que vous vous sentiez chez vous ! La piscine avec la vue sur le lac est géniale !

Un endroit merveilleux
Une maison superbe dans un environnement magique. On ne se lasse pas de la vue quelle que soit l’heure. La région est incroyable, nous en avons pris plein les yeux. Sebastiano et Guido ont été très accueillants et de très bons conseils. Un séjour réussi et paisible.

Mega Aussicht riesiges Haus
Ein toller sauberer Pool und sehr nettem Vermieter..mit grandiosem Weitblick über den See
Die Zufahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich und mit dem Van schon sehr tückisch das fehlt vielleicht in der Beschreibung. Der Garten ist riesig und weitläufig und eingezäunt und bietet genug Platz zum spielen.
Das Haus ist riesig mit genügend Platz und Bädern die Küche ebenfalls sehr groß.
Es fehlt eine traditionelle deutsche Kaffeemaschine und ein elektrischer Wasserkocher aber das ging auf dem Gasherd auch sehr gut👍
Im alten Holztisch waren ein paar Mitbewohner aber alles nicht dramatisch. Die Fenster haben alle Fliegengitter die Mücken waren dieses Jahr leider unerbittlich.

Family Meeting
Very well tended and cultivated house and garden, quiet neighbourhood. Almost everywhere wonderful view to the lake. House and kitchen is well equipped, all in very good condition. The hirer is very friendly and helpful and can always be reached at the mobile phone. We did enjoy our stay time very much and surely we will return. We really can recommend it 100%.

Stay in Ranco
The property itself was in great condition, very clean and was very comfortable. It had all the amenities you would need for a weeks stay. The views from the villa were beautiful, with seating for dining indoors and outdoors set up to get the best value of these. Thank you to Sebastiano, for making our stay so comfortable. They detailed visitor guide you compiled gave us great information of where to go and what to see in the area as well as the great tips on where to eat! We will be visiting again in the future.

we had a great stay. The view was phenomenal and the garden was spacious, beautifully maintained. The pool was clean and pleasant. There were several restaurants in the immediate vicinity. We were sad to leave .. :)

Wunderschön!
Die Lage des Hauses - oberhalb eines kleinen Ortes mit wundervollem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore - ist kaum zu toppen. Wunderschönes, großes Haus mit riesigem Garten und schönem, großzügigem Pool. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Sehr schönes Haus mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Lago Maggiore.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Leider gibt es für deutsche Urlauber keinen Fernsehempfang und der weite Weg hinunter zum Pool bzw. wieder hinauf zum Haus, war etwas beschwerlich, da das Haus auf dem riesigen Grundstück am Hang liegt.

Sympathisches, schönes Haus, grandiose Lage
Schönes großes Haus mit familiärem Ambiente - (wird auch von den Besitzern als Ferienhaus und Familienbegegnungsstätte genutzt und ist daher persönlicher eingerichtet und keine reine 'Katalogeinrichtung'.)
Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war nett und unkompliziert.
Schöner, tiefer Pool, Tischtennis und Tischfußball im Keller.
Der Koch-Wohn-Essraum mit Kamin und tollem alten Tisch ist luftig und angenehm, bodentiefe Fenster auf zwei Seiten mit tollem Rundblick auf See und Berge.
Zu Fuß 15 Minuten vom Ortskern oder auch See mit ein paar Restaurants, der Strand in Ranch selbst ist so mittelprächtig, aber zum Schwimmen gehen oder Ausgangsort zum Stand-up-paddeln ausreichend. Ranco hat einen kleinen Bootsverleih, da bekommt man u.a. Tretboote oder kleine Motorboote, die man ohne Führerschein fahren darf.
Ganz nett ist auch das nahe liegende Angera (5 Minuten Autofahrt) mit guten Restaurants direkt am See.
