  • Welcome to Roadrunner Ranch! Bringing you the best of Rancho Mirage indoor/outdoor living, our 3 bedroom home is light-filled & airy (please note the 3rd bedroom is the vintage camper in the back yard with 2 single beds and AC/heating). Enjoy the majestic views of the San Jacinto mountains from our backyard, complete with heated pool & outdoor dining area. This unique place has a style all its own, with modern amenities that make you feel at home. We hope you enjoy & make it your desert oasis!

    Decorated with an ode to the style & sophistication of mid-century design, our home is quintessential Rancho Mirage! With an open concept, this home is in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in the entire desert. The property is a relaxing space that features brand new furniture, tons of room to enjoy & relax in, a secluded backyard complete with heated pool, outdoor dining area, and chaise lounges overlooking the mountains. For your enjoyment, we`ve even parked a vamped up vintage camper in the backyard that can sleep 2.

    The home has been recently remodeled with mid-century modern furnishings & fixtures (including some originals), along with updated appliances and many features that make your stay comfortable and convenient. The bright and airy living room has a vaulted ceiling with endless windows, allowing for tons of natural light. It features a flat screen SmartTV with cable channels, and plenty of comfortable seating for your group to relax and unwind in.

    The living room opens to the spacious dining area, with seating for up to 8 people. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, dual refrigerators, bar seating, and plenty of countertop space for you to create that perfect meal. The entire living and dining room area has windows and glass doors opening out to the backyard, featuring a covered patio that`s perfect for dining al-fresco under the desert sky.

    Our two bedrooms in the main house are inviting and equipped with comfy, high-end mattresses for you to enjoy. The beds are outfitted with soft, premium sheets, to give you that perfect night’s sleep. The primary bedroom contains a plush King-size bed, a gorgeous en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and a SmartTV. This bedroom has sliding glass doors leading directly to the backyard.

    The second bedroom features a Queen-size bed, SmartTV and lots of natural light. The large and spacious guest bathroom features a walk-in shower, and is just across the hall.

    The 3rd bedroom is the glammed up camper located in the backyard and is pure vintage kitsch! It has two single beds, a retro dining area, mini-fridge, and AC/heating.

    The desert-inspired aesthetic of our landscaped outdoor area really steals the show, offering privacy and stunning views of the mountains in either direction. Several comfy chaise lounges & chairs, pergola, outdoor dining table and plenty of additional seating allow you to relax and re-energize under the stars. The backyard also features a BBQ grill, perfect for that outdoor meal overlooking the sunset over the mountains.

    Additional amenities that you’ll enjoy are complimentary ultra fast WiFi throughout the house, SmartTVs with cable in the living room and two bedrooms, washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances and complimentary toiletries in every bathroom.

    Our home is the ideal desert retreat, with nearby activities for all seasons. We hope you enjoy and make it your own special oasis!
    CITY OF RANCHO MIRAGE REGULATIONS & RENTAL RULES
    (we don`t make the rules, but we do follow them!)

    **No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location!**
    Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund.

    - Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25.
    - Daytime occupancy is 10 people.
    -Overnight occupancy is 6 people.
    - Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed. Please utilize driveway parking before using street parking.
    - The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm.
    - The City requires a signed written contract for all guests, as well as a copy of the primary renter`s government ID. This will be taken care of during check-in.

    ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
    - Check-in time is 4PM, and check-out is promptly by 11AM.
    - Our onsite greeter will meet you at the home and give you a tour.
    - Late check-outs without prior approval with incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest.

    PETS
    - One pet is allowed (under 20 lbs), with a fee of $250 per month. Pets must be approved and fee paid prior to check-in. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee and will be cause for eviction.

    POOL HEATING
    - Optional pool heating is recommended from October to April. The additional fee is $1,000 per month, to be collected prior to checkin (utility bill will be monitored and any additional expense over $1,000 per month will be guest`s responsibility). The pool heat must be turned on for the duration of your stay.

    CLEANING
    Final cleaning after your checkout is included in your reservation quote. For stays longer than 6 weeks, guest will be responsible for the cost of a mid-stay clean every 30 days. Funds for mid-stay cleanings will be collected from guest as they occur.

    INSURANCE FEE for Vrbo & Direct Bookings (does not apply to Airbnb bookings)
    Guest is responsible for the service fee below, depending on length of stay:
    ● $99: 1-29 nights
    ● $450: 30-59 nights
    ● $150: each additional 30-night block

    EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS
    There are ring cameras on the front door, the side door, and the side yard facing the street.

Authentic Vintage Dream

The property was very comfortable for me and my husband who decided to spend a month to work and golf. We have a lot of friends in the area and wanted to be able to see what it was like to live in the area as we may want to retire there in a couple years. The trailer in the back was my husbands office and he sat there with his monitors during day and I worked at kitchen table. House accommodated dinners with friends and was a great place to relax. Owners thought of everything, beds were comfoetable and there was a steamer for clothes, noise machine, extra blankets, drinks in fridge, fresh basil plant and even basic spices stocked. We even found super glue when we needed something. We were so impressed and supplies were well stocked. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. Quiet neighborhood and the outdoor firepit was a nice relaxation place too. Roadrunner Ramxh was 6 stars out of 5!!!
