Property host, Megan Kelman, was easy to reach and very responsive. We were totally pleased with our rental stay for over a month. The house and outdoor furnishing are lovely. Another plus is use of the garage. The house is in a wonderful neighborhood. Gelson's grocery store, wide selection of offerings, is a short drive away. We would definitely rent this house again. Wow! Pure bliss!
Let me start by saying that the location of this retreat is pure magic. Tucked away in Rancho Mirage, it's an oasis of peace and quiet. The neighborhood is so calm and tranquil and beautiful, you can't help but feel instantly relaxed. And the best part? You get all the privacy you could ever wish for. It was like having our own little piece of paradise all to ourselves! The desert landscaping is absolutely stunning. It's like walking through a desert garden. We even picked lemons right off the tree! And the backyard is a true haven for relaxation. We spent hours just lounging by the pool, soaking in the hot tub, and basking in the warm desert sun. The peacefulness of the surroundings allowed us to fully unwind. Inside, the house was sparkling clean when we arrived and totally set up for relaxing. The kitchen was stocked with everything, there were TVs in every room, and the beds were all plush and super comfortable. It was especially convenient to have two separate master bedrooms on opposite ends of the house — we all had complete privacy. I also have to give a shoutout to the amazing host. They were so attentive and accommodating, making sure that our stay was perfect from start to finish. It's the perfect getaway for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse themselves in tranquility. I can't recommend it enough. I'm already counting down the days until I can return to this little piece of paradise!

Stunning house & a perfect holiday!
Best holiday ever. Beautiful and super clean home inside and out! We booked our holiday as we always do this time of year in the desert. At first just us then the family joined. And this year we really lucked out. Romantic house for two and perfect for the family to. The beds were a dream in both master suites. The kids had a blast in the multiple outdoor spaces including in the big clean pool. The house was very spread out, great for when the family opted to watch different films in the evening. The kitchen was all dialed in, we loved the two ovens and the osmosis drinking water built in to the sink (very convenient). Luxury at its best all around! I’ll have to get some reclining sofas for my house now. Addicted.

Lovely Poolside Home
We always love visiting the Rancho Mirage area. This home was very spacious, well equipped and has so much outdoor living space. The pool was very nice to have and we enjoyed the outdoor fireplace , dining and lounging areas. I would not hesitate recommending this home as our family will definitely be back!

Disappointing
We rented the house for the month of February. Megan and Dan were responsive to our issues. The WiFi was excellent. Location was OK but not central for us as most of what we did was at least a 15 minute drive. The neighborhood was beautiful. The kitchen appliances were good and the electric lounge chairs in the living room were comfortable. All that being said, we've rented 6 houses in the last 7 years vacationing in the desert. This one was the most expensive and also the most disappointing. The house is in dire need of an overall upgrade especially the bathrooms, kitchen cabinets, and lighting. The pots and pans were old and badly scratched. The master bedroom and living room were dark. I dreaded using the master shower every day as it was a 3 x 3 ft stall with a shower curtain. I kept bumping my head on the corner shelf as it was very close to the basic, old shower head. Concerned about the overuse of power strips in the living room and master bedroom. Lack of access to the garage meant frequently entering a very hot car.

Outstanding property and fantastic host!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property in a beautiful RM neighborhood. This large home is immaculate and nicely equipped. We also enjoyed the outdoor space and pool and jacuzzi were clean and wonderfully heated. The host was also great and responded to all of our needs. He communicated super well before, during and after our stay. I highly recommend this property and host.

Better than we expected!
This home is gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is spacious enough that my family was able to spread out. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and outdoor spaces. The property manager Garth is awesome and was easy to work with. We will definitely return to this property and highly recommend it!

A Outstanding retreat in Rancho Mirage
Immaculate home, Location, Location, Location, Turn key check in process and great communication from the owners. We came down for a fantastic wine event, and were extremely happy with our accommodations. There was a little bit of the iconic history of Palm Springs in every room from the photographs on the wall. The entire house was spotless. Our 21 month old daughter loved playing in the gorgeous front yard with fire pit as well as the pool, hot tub and backyard. We VRBO fairly often and we always look for simple, honest and easy with nothing hidden, the owners of this property provided us just that. I highly recommend this house for families with young kids, a couples get a way or just some time away!

5 stars all the way
What more can I say that all of the other 5 star reviews have already covered? The house is immaculately clean. The interior and exterior of the house are both gorgeous, the pool was warm, the hot tub/spa was hot, there's cable/Hulu/Netflix/etc. on evey television (all 3 bedrooms and the family room), and the WiFi is fast. The location is in a great neighborhood with friendly people, the street is very quiet yet you're only minutes (literally) away from a great grocery and only a few more minutes away from great dining options and downtown Palm Springs and all that it has to offer. A few more minutes and you can be at Joshua Tree and see the Dr. Seuss trees... :) Garth (the owner) sent me the code for the front door well before my arrival and was available if I needed anything - I didn't, as he has everything sorted. When we come back, and we will, we'll definitely be choosing Sunny Lane as our temporary residence.

Stunning Getaway Home!
My girl friends and I stayed here for a little getaway trip and we could not have been more impressed. The property was stunning, the home itself was beautiful and honestly we couldn't have asked for anything else. Garth was available for any questions we might have had. The home was in pristine condition. And just an overall amazing location. Looking forward to another opportunity to stay at this beautiful desert oasis!
